Obé Fitness is launching their newest class type – STEP! Step is Obé’s love letter to the ’80s and ’90s step-aerobics craze, with a fresh twist. Just use your step bench and follow fun, full-body sequences from Step instructors that leave you sweating through upbeat soundtrack and colorful set backgrounds. There will be 3 Step classes during the launch” Cardio + Sculpt with Sam G. (50 minutes), Cardio with Ana C. (28 minutes), and Essentials with Kathryn A. (10 minutes).

Step is a low-impact, high-intensity cardio class that will challenge your body and mind. Moving to the beat, you’ll follow fun cardio-only or cardio-plus-sculpt sequences that leave you sweating and strong. Step bench required!

And don’t let the neon scrunchies, upbeat soundtracks, and colorful sets fool you.
