I subscribe to BistroMD, and the price is $220 without the twice daily snacks shipped to my door by Fed Ex. Anyone interested in the subscription should be aware of a large but necessary shipping fee every week, I believe.
I have lost 50 pounds slowly and safely using BistroMD as my only food source.
The portions are very ample and I usually can only eat 2 entrees per day, not 3 ( I have not had any bariatric surgery).
I am very close to my goal weight and the weight loss has been proportionate all over.
I highly recommend this plan for healthy eating, whether wanting to lose weight or maintain current weight. There are about 8-9 new meatless entrees, and I like some of them very well. I love the veggies, just not the mung bean tofu. 🙂
