The Winter 2021 Margot Elena Discovery Box is yet another impressive collection of luxurious lifestyle and skincare products to indulge yourself with, especially now that the weather is getting colder! With the theme ALL THINGS NICE, it includes items from Margot Elena family of brands, like Tokyo Milk, The Cottage Greenhouse, Library of Flowers, and more!

TokyoMilk Radiant Gem Parfum ($42) This perfume has scent notes of lemon balm, warm amber, and a bit of musk with undertones of winter daphne. With just a couple of spritzes, you’ll be smelling fresh and powdery. Also, it’s perfect to use in winter because of the warm and spicy undertones.

Library of Flowers Forget-Me-Not Shower Gel ($23) Formulated with shea butter, jojoba oil, honeysuckle extract, aloe leaf, vitamin E, and honey, this shower gel is a true delight for the skin! It helps replenish moisture, making the skin feel softer and smoother. Its creamy consistency also creates a rich lather, and it doesn’t leave a sticky residue. I like its light floral scent as well!

Also included in the box is a set of cards. There are three greeting cards, each paired with an envelope. The images on the card look like they came from the Victorian era with all the fancy dresses and hats.

TokyoMilk Girl Boss Greeting Card ($5.50) You can send this card to an independent girl boss you know of to ask how they’re doing!

TokyoMilk Whoopsie Daisy Greeting Card ($5.50) In any case that you’ve forgotten a special event, this is a humorous card to send if you want to apologize.

TokyoMilk Drama Queen Signature Stationery Greeting Card ($5.50) This card is for wishing the drama queen in your life a happy birthday. I’ve got a few people in mind for whom I’d like to send this card!

The Cottage Greenhouse Carrot & Neroli Whipped Body Butter ($40) Carrot is the main ingredient for this nourishing body butter. It contains essential nutrients your skin needs like beta carotene, vitamins A, B, D, and E, which help rejuvenate the skin and give it a natural glow!

The body butter has a rich consistency that feels really nice on the skin. It smells lightly sweet and floral, probably because of the neroli.

The formula also includes cocoa butter, shea butter, and mango butter that hydrates and refreshes skin. It doesn’t leave a greasy residue either!

The Cottage Greenhouse Carrot & Neroli Body Wash ($23) Next up is a fragrant shower oil and body wash! It has the same scent notes and formulation as the body butter, but is fluid in form. It’s gentle but does a great job of cleansing the skin. It doesn’t strip moisture either, resulting in smooth and supple skin!

The Cottage Greenhouse Sugar Beet & Blossom Handcreme ($26) The main ingredient of this hand creme is beet root extract, which helps renew cells from deep within. Meanwhile, the base is avocado oil and shea butter that keeps the skin nourished. I like the sugary scent and the way it melts into the skin!

Due to supply changes, they weren’t able to include the Lollia Mini Wish Luminary in this season’s box. They sent a note in the box, but they didn’t inform subscribers in advance of the change via email. They should have done that, especially as they teased the candle via email.

They replaced the candle with a trio of luxury on-the-go Petite Treat hand cremes.

Lollia Always In Rose Handcreme ($26) This hand creme has fragrance notes of rose and hibiscus, as well as a luxurious mix of skin-friendly ingredients including argan oil and wild rose extract. It leaves my hands feeling smooth and hydrated!

Lollia In Love Handcreme ($8.50) Another hand creme has a classic petal scent – an aromatic infusion of apple blossom, jasmine, and a breath of living rose. Formulated to be absorbed quickly by the skin, it provides soothing comfort with a lovely smell!

TokyoMilk Crushed Distilled Parfumerie Curiosite. This moisturizing hand creme is lightweight and quick-absorbing as well. The combination of green tea and shea butter makes it gentle yet nourishing on the skin!

It’s great to have a hand creme in handy, especially on cold days. They’re travel-sized, so you can easily carry them wherever you go!

TokyoMilk Finest Perfumed Soap ($10) This luxurious soap smells nice and clean with scent notes of crushed citrus, jasmine, crisp greens, and neroli. The main ingredient is shea butter, which is known for its anti-inflammatory and hydrating properties. This soap was also beautifully wrapped in glitter-accented fine linen paper, which I appreciate.

This quarter’s Margot Elena Discovery Box lived up to its All Things Nice theme! Everything in the box is luxurious, with all the fancy details and the finest ingredients used. Also, most of the products are moisturizing, which helps keep my skin healthy and hydrated during the cold winter months. I also appreciate the inclusion of the perfume with a warm and spicy scent that fits the season well. It’s just a bummer that the candle didn’t make it to this box and that they didn’t inform subscribers via email. Still, this box remains one of the most elegant seasonal boxes, ideal if you want a luxurious self-care treat.

Each box also includes a booklet. It contains the theme for the quarter and what you’ll find inside. See it here:
