I still have not received my Winter Beauty Box. I Sent a message over a week ago, I did get a response for him to say they was having issues with their systems but they is no way that I should be still waiting this long it’s January 20th!l
Every time I go see if it’s been shopped it says Still Processing!

Really – I was double billed one day apart. Customer Service said it “appeared” that I “attempted” to change my payment method (I did, they had my old credit card from 10 months ago). She said I “only” logged on to place a second order. That makes no sense whatsoever. My card is also attached to my iTunes account w/Apple. Since they double billed me, my Apple Care payment was returned. The domino effect from this: this Apple Care insurance was for my iPhone. I’ve paid $7.99 a month for the past 18 months. My iPhone cost $875.00. This insurance covers if my phone is lost, stolen or damaged. My coverage was canceled & I cannot get that coverage back. It’s absolutely appalling that Walmart caused this. I’m telling everyone & anyone who will listen. I also have many followers on Instagram & it went on their as well. I’m also considering canceling my Capital One Walmart credit card. I no longer want anything to do with Walmart.
