Why are you reluctant? Do they have customer service issues?
Hi, just saw your comment… Yea I’ve had some bad experiences with customer service in the past, and I believe it’s not uncommon to have difficulties cancelling your subscription, or getting refunds after they’ve overcharged. I used to really like their subscription, but they got bought out by another box and it’s kinda gone downhill, at least for me.
