I did not get 3 of my items. I did not receive the iconic London blush, the Huda beauty eyeshadow palette or the complex culture brushes.
I did receive the facial cleaning device, the Celia mask, the wishful serum, the mascara and the rare beauty item.
Gracie, did you reach out to Ipsy Care for help? They should make it right.
I’m upset because my phone was put in my bag and next thing I know my account was charged $58.85. No customer service number to talk to someone. Then I do some research and see no refunds. So an accidental click that doesn’t verify purchase can’t be refunded. Then I read these reviews and now I’m cancelling subscription.
The same thing happened to me I also canceled my subscription that I have had for over a year. I’m completely disappointed in Ipsy I will never return to them after this.

I am very dissapointed with this months glam bag x!! Half of the stuff would have been in the plus bag!!! Ipsy picks were the huda powder, the huda mascara, pmd facial thing, golfaden line concentrate, and rare beauty gloss in mauve. I picked the ofra palette, the Terry hydro powder, and the khaki palette (i would have preferred the purple but oh well). I will be attempting to just sell the bag outright and keep the Terry powder because I want to try it. This bag seemed way cooler than it actually ended up being!!
That’s incorrect the Glam x box is 55 a quarter……..it always seems like what you would pick you don’t get and everything you would never pick is what you receive……just a bummer. I closed my accounts I was getting all 3 monthly….
I also signed up for the perfume and adjusted my profile to reflect that preference & just like everyone else here – no dice. It’s almost like a bait and switch. A lot of people wouldn’t have purchased this box if they didn’t think they had a decent chance at getting this perfume. Overall my box was disappointing. Of course I received the tool and Goldfadden (both I don’t want). Ipsy also chose

After reading this it seemed Ipsy gave almost everyone the PMD, and the Goldfadden. I have not heard of anyone getting the perfume yet. I am happy I quit after the last GBX. I would of cried at this one. The last one I got was so good. This is nothing compared to that. They really needed to add more Huda products for her box.

Another sad I didn’t get the perfume or sparkly lip gloss review. I received the PMD device, Huda Coconut Hydrating Mist, Céla Mask, Wishful Thirst Trap Serum and Rare Beauty Lip Balm.
My picks were the Haze Obsession in Khaki, First Aid Beauty Radiance Pads and the Complex Culture Brush.
I felt overall the box to be lackluster for the price point. It may be my last X.
I was so disappointed in this box. Ipsy made the same choices for me (a detox scalp serum, really?!? I’m post chemo and don’t want/need anything like that). I was hoping for the perfume, but am assuming that it’s for “influencers” only. Oh well, this is the last one for me. $55 is too much for a bunch of junk I won’t use.
I’m so disappointed! I try not to be a spoiled brat but I can’t help not being one with this month’s X! I skipped last month and wanted what was spoiled so bad that I reached out to customer service and asked if they could set me up for the x. If you skip the month before, you’re kicked out. Anyway… wanted the perfume so bad, I haven’t seen anyone get it on YouTube yet when people record their selection. Why wasn’t the palette an Ipsy pick and had to be choice, it is X right? It has terrible reviews on sephora and its only $29, we’ve had $65 palettes in the past. Where was the Kenya? The Huda setting powder? I would have also loved the Huda lip balm. Oh well, I got the Patrick Ta lip balm which I did want and the scalp product. Not justifying the $55 price point.. I’m curious to see if anyone got perfume!

I am surprise how little Huda product was in the bag. I thought at least three items should be from Huda. Kind of disappointed.
I was very disappointed that the perfume wasn’t a choice item. That’s the #1 reason I signed up for this box. I even changed my profile to reflect that I want perfume beforehand.
I am so upset at this box and my choices options. My curator pics and choice options were all skin care and a lipgloss in a color that’s not even on my profile. I received the PMD cleansing brush already this year so very disappointing to see it picked for me yet again. They could have given me the perfume which is the only reason I sign back up instead of a brush that I’ve already gotten🙄 i’m subscribed to X and will not get again no matter what.
I was pretty disappointed but after reading some comments, maybe I got a decent box. I didn’t get the perfume, and I really was hoping for that the most along with Huda’s sparkly lip balm and anything from her Wishful skincare line. I received the PMD device, goldfaden MD concentrate, huda mascara, huda facial powder, rare beauty lip balm in mauve, and I chose the huda palette in khaki, freck beauty moisturizer, and Patrick Ta lip balm. I did fill out the survey at the bottom of my email receipt from Ipsy, so I encourage people to keep giving feedback. I guess I didn’t feel like a lot of the spoiled options were choices for me and were not available as add ons. I am sure they have limited quantities but I just wish I could have added more items on. I liked Halsey’s curation box SO much more!

Also! For folks saying they want the perfume, here’s my take!
I’m a huge fan of vanilla perfumes (7 Virtues Vanilla Woods is my jam) so of course I bought the little travel Huda Vanilla and lipstick pack. I got a small tester of it before but the larger size smelled so different! The tester was warm, seductive, and dreamy but the full bottle smelled overly sweet and burnt… It was night and day. I’m curious if that’s why this vanilla specifically is in this GBX… Like they’re testing something.
Anyways! The little ~$25 travel perfume or travel perfume/lipstick combo was a great way to test this one out. I was curious to see if I’d get it in my GBX to see it it was any different, but I guess I’ll never know!
I got the thrive mascara in the first glam bag x and LOVE IT!!! Its my hg mascara now. Its really good you won’t be dissapointed. O didn’t see it as an add on or else I would have gotten another one myself.

I got almost the same bag. I was really wanting the perfume and it wasn’t even an option. I’m not super excited for anything except maybe the PMD tool.
Ipsy chose the pmd cleaner, rare balm in praise, Huda peptide serum, cela clay mask, and Huda concealer. I chose iconic London blush, il makiage lipstick in elwa, and the r + co hair cream. The makeup is fine, but I don’t do clay masks. I already have a pmd cleaner from way back when the boxy sales were good. A solid box but just not that exciting to me.
I got the same base box as you..this is the first x that is not amazing!! I was really counting on it to be good cuz my plus bags were so bad the last couple months!!!
