FYI – this subscription had serious shipping and customer service problems over about the past year. Most of these seem to be resolved. We talked with the team running the box and they assured us that they had both the technical problems with the website, and the customer service problems resolved with a new customer service response team. They have had a short turnaround on customer service inquiries for approximately 2 months. There may still be some subscribers/past subscribers with some issues – we encourage you to reach out to them for assistance in correcting any outstanding problems.

This is par for the course with this program. They collect money two months in advance. Next thing you know Ellen is showing the damn box on TV and giving them away to her audiences, friends and family. Meanwhile the subscribers, the people paying for this entire program sit and wait for their box. I just throw it aside already knowing what’s in it. Did any of the Premium subscribers ever get any “surprise and delight items as seen on air”? I sure didn’t. And they think they can make up for it by refunding the difference in the Premium subscription and the annual subscription or sending a scarf. Someone really messed up here and now they have to figure out how to back out of it. I know what I’ve seen gifted on air. Why I fell for this is beyond me. I gift all my boxes and thought whatever the “surprise and delight” was would be mine! Yeah right!!

I have yet to receive my box but payment was taken out over a month ago. Hopefully it will be here soon or I’ll request a refund. Or I will contact my bank.
The box must be available as Ellen gave the Winter box away on her 12 Days
    Confused customer

That heated mug is straight from Alibaba. It’s the same one that’s in the Alltrue box. This is not an ethically sourced product. I’ve looked this up on the Alibaba site and can confirm it’s a 💯 identical.

I like this box and would totally buy it if you could just buy one and it wouldn’t start a recurring subscription. This box in particular I have read is a nightmare to cancel and I’m not getting that started.
