Is anyone else having a problem with the candle remote?
Did you pull out the little plastic sheet tab at the bottom? This keeps the battery from being accessed by the control.
If you don’t see it, try opening the battery space to see if there’s a sheet of plastic over the battery.
Yep, took it out. The candle is on too. I saw a youtube video.

I could wish that the shirt didn’t have the elastic band at the bottom. I have hips, so those never sit well. But given how generous their sizing runs, may not be so bad.
Be cool if tte figurine were glow-in-the-dark. Yeah, I have a weakness for that.

The web site says it SHIPS in late October, so I’m not holding out hope for arrival by Halloween. I guess we can keep everything on hand for next year.
I’ve been subscribed for a full year or so, and I got my shipping notification at the beginning of the week. Last I checked, my box is somewhere in Arizona and needs to make it to Detroit.
I don’t know how they determine shipping. If it’s alphabetical, I lucked out.
The warehouse will send you an email when they have a tracking number.
I am not employed by or affiliated with Pusheen, I’m just reporting my experience as a subscriber. I’ve found that my boxes take a week or two to make it from Los Angeles to Detroit. I’m not sure where you live, so your results will probably vary.
I hope yours arrives with a minimum of fuss.
