Thinking about canceling my subscription. The October box is the worst.. didn’t get the masquerade box and the items are not that great. Plus I had to contact them to see where my box was, I just received it today and was disappointed
They didn’t even get the special boxes out to those of us that signed up for a yearly subscription. We received an email saying it was going to be delayed due to waiting for the special box to come back in stock. Then we received another email saying we weren’t getting the special box. Now it’s the 30th and yet to receive the box yet. So glad to be almost done with this company. Their customer service is an actual joke!
I would advise everyone to NOT GET ANY OF the boxes.. there stuff sucks and they always don’t come with everything. Especially when it’s a special box.
It’s October 26th and I just received an email saying the boxes were going to be late. Not only that but you’re not going to include the masquerade box…
What do I need to do to unsubscribe.
I received the same email. So disappointed because I only signed up for the masquerade box and now they’re sending me some trash pink box. I already unsubscribed, just login go to your subscriptions to cancel and say good riddens.
I just subscribed today – because it seemed like the masquerade box would be still the one going out- how do you know if it’s not? I got an email saying my box shipped : Glossybox US October 2021 variation 6. No idea what that means as this is my first glossybox. Do you know what variation 6 means??
Call them and tell them that you spoke to a consumer advocate and need your account cancelled ASAP due to false advertising drawing you in.
“The “masquerade boxes” are no longer available from the UK parent company, as they did not anticipate the high demand.” Was what the manager said because the representative decided to use the good old “You had to prepay for at least a 3 month subscription in order to get that box”. If they don’t reply, you can create a complaint on the BBB site.
I just got an email from Glossybox with an offer for 3 boxes for $25 with the code Magic25. Starts with the October box. Might have to sign up for 3 months!
