Luxe Box is a quarterly beauty box curated by the same people behind Topbox. This Canadian subscription box is $26 with free shipping and is sent out every three months. Luxe Box offers some customization options as boxes are being prepared, usually allowing subscribers to choose a foundation shade or a preference for nail polish, for example.
Laneige Sleeping Mask ($3.50) Laneige is one of the most famous Korean beauty brands, and it was one of the first brands I tried back in 2008 when I started getting into Korean beauty. Their sleeping mask is famous for its watery texture that keeps hydration going all night long. Unfortunately Laneige is not cruelty-free so I can’t use their products anymore, but my sister does so this small size is great for traveling.
South Mane Coconut Lip Treatment ($13) A moisturizing lip balm with a decadent coconut flavour!
I wasn’t able to find the ingredients list anywhere on their website unfortunately!
Neal’s Yard Remedies Hand Rub ($5.45) This is a brand from the UK! In addition to 70% alcohol there are also essential oils to keep hands smelling great.
Laritzy Highlighter ($20) “Fine” is a soft pink that I absolutely love. It was easy to apply and blend.
The shimmer is definitely there!
Clarins Extra-Firming Energy Cream ($8.15) This face cream includes a bunch of superfoods and antioxidants as well as pearl pigments to give skin an instant glow!
Bellapierre Mineral Lipstick ($15) This is a light mineral lipstick which boasts long lasting colour! It contains natural waxes, mineral pigments, and antioxidants. Sassy is a coral pink colour which isn’t my sort of vibe, so I won’t be keeping this myself.
Elizabeth Arden White Tea Ginger Lily Sample. A small spray sample of this scent! Top notes are citrus like bergamot and mandarin, middle notes are gingerlily, ginger, and violet, and base notes are cedarwood and musk among others.
Pure Cosmetics Fiber Mascara Set ($30) A set of products to make dramatic long lashes. The first step is a primer that preps the lashes so the fibers will stick. The second step is the fibers which attach to your lashes to create volume and length. You can do this step repeatedly until you get the length you want.
The Fall Luxe Box had some nice items from Laneige, Pure, and others. I am most excited for the hand sanitizer and the cream highlighter but I think it’s a good box for the price. I don’t think it feels very luxe but it was good to see a full size item like the mascara set included.
