BOXYCHARM Luxe & Premium: Price Increases

BOXYCHARM has just announced a set of price increases for the Luxe and Premium versions of their beauty box membership. There are no changes to the Base (regular Boxycharm) membership.

At BoxyCharm we’ve set out to provide the hottest full-size beauty products and brands, at an incredible value, all conveniently delivered to your door each month.

Boxycharm will be increasing:

• Luxe box to $59.99 a quarter, starting on 12/1/21 for the December Winter box. That’s 8 products for an $395 average value.
• Premium box to $39.99 a month, starting 11/1/21 with your November box*. That’s 6 products for an $215 average value.
• *If you already have a 3, 6, or 12 month Premium subscription, this new price will go into effect on your next subscription renewal date.

Plans for Luxe:

• More Makeup & Content: You asked, we listened. The biggest request for Luxe has been to provide more makeup and less accessories. You’re in luck, because that’s just what we’re doing as we head into the new year. We also want to bring you more exclusive content so you can learn the best tips and tricks from the hottest makeup artists in the industry.
• Hot Brands & Products: Nars, check. Rare Beauty, check. We’re working on snagging more of these showstoppers, so get excited.
• New Features & Perks: Want more perks for being a Luxe member? We’ve got some exciting things in the works to help you maximize your membership! Stay tuned.
• Unreal Deals: We know you love a steal as much as we do, so we’re working on giving you extended access to shop more brands and products at up to 80% off retail prices.

Premium boxes are now standalone – no need to sign up for the base box first! Plans for Premium:

• First Access to Hot Brands & Products: Love being first? We do, too! We’ve heard so much excitement around Premium members getting first dibs on hot brands like Laura Mercier, Natasha Denona, Kosas, and Laneige. We want to make sure we give you even more access to hot brands like these, new beauty launches, and exclusive products.
• Limited Edition & Takeover Boxes: Premium takeover boxes like Fenty and Anastasia Beverly Hills have been such a hit, that we want to bring you even more. We’ve also been cooking up some new limited edition boxes that will be coming soon too.

Boxycharm further explained the motivation behind these increases:

Increasing prices is never fun and we take it very seriously. Like many companies, BoxyCharm has really felt the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic throughout our supply chain. We are seeing increased costs across the board including material sourcing challenges, fluctuating shipping costs, and labor shortages. Ultimately, we’ve had to update our pricing so we can continue to deliver something fabulous that we know you’ll love and that we can be proud of.
