I had an Allure subscription box for about a year. There was always at least one or more missing products! But the last month there were 3 products missing.
I called Allure to let them know what was going on, because you can’t e-mail them! Imagine not being able to contact a company as huge as Allure, via e-mail?!… It’s 2021 people…get yout s***t together!
Once I talked to a representative, she didn’t offer me a solution. No apology, no nothing. Basically, she said that if I ever want to, I can open another account and that they’ll send me the missing products. So unprofessional. Needless to say, I cancelled my subscription. Seriously. One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with! 🤦 Fortunately there’s many reputable companies to chose from.
This is the first spoiler??? Usually the first spoiler is the best or more expensive product of the month. I am really not feeling this and if they keep only giving us 1 or 2 spoilers a month until next month hits and u get billed im done. I like that they use to put out full spoilers in the beginning of the month prior so I know if I want it or not. Im just pretty much done with Allure.
I’d take a set of Kaja shadows over a $150 jar of 111 cream.
That 111 cream is a joke. Probably cost $1.11 to manufacture. Nothing in that cream is worth it. Castor Oil???
