The Skinstore x Expert’s Choice Limited Edition Beauty Box is a limited edition box from SkinStore. They are owned by the same parent company as LookFantastic.

This box is still available, with a promised total worth value of $361 just for $120. It includes 10 deluxe and full-sized products selected by experts.

At Skinstore, we pride ourselves on bringing the best in beauty and skincare. That’s why we’re so excited to share with you our Experts’ Choice Edit.

Skinstore Experts’ Choice is our beauty award where experts across our beauty community weigh in on the best products in and beyond skincare.

Selected from a panel of our beauty industry professionals, including estheticians, dermatologists, and our own beauty editors, this limited edition bag is curated with the highest rated skincare products in their respective category. We hope you enjoy this coveted collection of award-winning, expert-approved beauty.

Instead of a box, the items were packed in a see-through bag.

Some of the items also arrived in their original packaging.

Included in the bag is a booklet.

It has more information about the collaboration.

It also features the items, along with a description and directions for use.

Everything in the Limited Edition!

SkinCeuticals Silymarin CF ($22.13) This serum helps reduce oiliness while also toning and refining the skin. It contains vitamin C, which is known for its brightening properties, as well as silymarin, a plant-based antioxidant. With continued use, it also helps in improving skin clarity and reducing fine lines. The serum is ideally used in the morning. Just get 4-5 drops and apply to face, neck, and chest. It’s not as heavy as I expected it to be, which is great.

Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant ($4.67) Here’s a lightweight powder, formulated to exfoliate the skin, improve its texture, and reduce the appearance of pores. Compared to other exfoliants, this is gentle as it’s rice-based. It can be used whether on dry or oily skin. Ingredients include licorice, grapefruit, and phytic acid from rice bran that leaves the skin looking radiant.

Other key ingredients are papain enzymes and salicylic acid which draw out excess oils and colloidal oatmeal which provides hydrating and reduces redness. You will only need half a teaspoon of the powder per application. Add a little water and then lather until the powder turns into a foamy paste, then apply and massage gently on your face before rinsing with warm water. My skin felt clean and refreshed after use!

Dr. Dennis Gross Alpha Beta Extra Strength Daily Peel ($10.20) Here’s a patented two-step anti-aging peeling product, which works for dry, oily, combination, or normal skin. Ideal for daily use, it targets fine lines and wrinkles while also providing the skin with benefits against acne and other blemishes.

The first step is to exfoliate and smoothen the skin, while the second step is applying an anti-aging neutralizer. The product for each step comes in one convenient packet. This contains AHA, glycolic, and salicylic acids that break the bonds of the cells and get rid of dead and dry skin cells, making way for smoother and clearer skin.

Omorovicza Queen of Hungary Mist ($33) I love face mists because they help refresh my skin quickly. There’s one in this curation and it’s said to be inspired by the Queen of Hungary Water, the world’s first recorded perfume. Aside from giving the skin an instant boost, it also smells really good, which helps lift up my mood. Ingredients also include orange blossom, rose, and sage distillates that help tone the skin, as well as apple pectin that gives the skin the hydration it needs. Lastly, it has Omorovicza’s patented healing concentrate (and unique scent!) with promised firming effects.

Sunday Riley Good Genes Lactic Acid Treatment ($36.60) It’s an anti-aging treatment packed with purified lactic acid, prickly pear extract, licorice, and lemongrass, which help the skin look smoother, brighter, and younger. It also helps reduce redness, dark spots, and hyperpigmentation while minimizing the appearance of pores, fine lines, and wrinkles.

This potent formula feels very nourishing when applied to the skin! It can be used as a primer as well, or under your foundation. All you will need is 1-2 pumps per application.

iS Clinical Pro-Heal Advance+ Serum ($19.66) For those who have rosacea and acne, here’s an anti-inflammatory serum! It offers soothing relief and helps heal blemishes and cuts with the help of vitamin C, a superior form of olive leaf extract, and pure vitamins E and A. To use, just get 3-4 drops and apply on the target area using fingertips. It works for insect bites as well! The serum goes on smoothly and doesn’t leave my skin greasy, so I love it.

EltaMD Sheer Broad-Spectrum SPF 50+ Serum ($30) This SPF 50+ sunscreen provides sun protection minus the heavy and greasy feeling on the skin. It’s lightweight and compared to other sunscreen products, this one gets absorbed by my skin quickly.

This sunscreen is ideally applied 15 minutes before sun exposure. It’s sweat and water-resistant so it lasts longer on the skin. I can’t do chemical sunscreens on my face, so I’ll use this one on the rest of my body.

MZ Skin Soothe & Smooth Collagen Activating Eye Complex ($149) Formulated with hyaluronic acid, this cream delivers hydration and nourishment to the under eye area. It also helps reduce the appearance of dark circles and wrinkles.

The tri-peptide ingredient helps encourage the skin’s elastin and collagen production so it can help reduce the hyperpigmentation on the eye area. The formula also helps in de-puffing the skin, making my under eyes look firmer and smoother. It has a rich and creamy texture, and a little amount goes a long way.

DERMAdoctor KP Duty Scrub ($25) This exfoliating scrub is especially formulated with 10% AHAs + PHAs to help improve dry, rough, and bumpy skin. It also contains botanical ingredients such as evening primrose, black currant, and borage seed oils, which helps restore the skin’s protective barriers. I think this is a great item, and it’s a really big container.

To use, get a small amount and massage onto dry skin using fingertips, then rinse. This one is for the body only and not for the face. They also recommend wearing sunscreen with this product.

Eve Lom Cleanser & Muslin Cloth ($9.60) This cleansing set came in a reusable and resealable pouch. It’s also small and compact, so I can bring it when traveling.

The set includes a balm cleanser made with clove oil, eucalyptus oil, hops oil, Egyptian chamomile oil, and cocoa butter. There’s also a muslin cloth which helps in exfoliating the skin.

To use, warm a small amount of the balm on your fingers and then massage it on dry skin. You also need to place the muslin cloth in hot water and wring it out before putting it on your face to help open the pores. They recommend doing it 3 times. Then, using the cloth, massage the skin again to help exfoliate. The last step is to rinse the cloth in cold water and re-apply to the face for 5 seconds to close the pores.

This cleanser is ideally used day and night before your regular skincare routine. It can also be used for a double cleansing routine!

This Limited Edition Box is packed with expert-chosen skincare products from great brands! I love the variety, as it includes everything from serums to creams and even a facial mist. There are also anti-aging products and brightening formulas that I can easily add to my daily routine. My favorite item from this curation is the anti-aging treatment from Sunday Riley! It goes on smoothly and I love that it targets dark spots along with fine lines and wrinkles. I also like the anti-inflammatory serum and the eye cream, they are pretty promising! The total retail value of the box was about $340. It’s a tad lower than what was promised, but still much higher than the cost of the box and still a good deal overall!

FYI, the retail values on the Omorovicza and the MZ Skin item have been corrected. I have no idea what happened, thank you to all the commenters who pointed out errors.

They are showing a RV of $48 for the Sunday Riley in the pamphlet photo. That will be your RV up a bit more.

I thought the $10 value for the MZ Skin eye creme looked suspiciously low, so I checked their website and 14 ml size pictures here is listed at £90 or about $125. If the full size is included in this box, that would increase the total value you calculated by about $115. Still not what was advertised, but a lot closer!

This was probably a typo. We’ll investigate, thank you!!

I would check the Queen of Hungary mist RV too; that might be where the rest of your missing value went! 😃

I have been looking at this one and really want it! Where did the value for the eye cream come from (the $10.94 one)? The link says $149 and it’s a big portion of the overall value. Thanks!
