The former “Top Chef” fan favorite has honed his craft, curated his recipes and developed the foundation for his spice blends while traveling the world as a chef at top restaurants in Japan, Spain, France and the Caribbean.
He’s come home with his latest venture, Silkie’s Chicken and Champagne bar. The restaurant — located in his own historical neighborhood in Jacksonville, Florida – is devoted to all things chicken and champagne. “Chicken is a comfort food that is pandemic proof,” said Chef Kenny, who introduced his restaurant concept first with take-out that he served from his home.
Now, his expertise is available in your own home with recipes and personally curated products selected by Chef Kenny and showcased by CrateChef.
