I love this! But I wonder if it’s a good deal?
I feel like it is a decent value if you are really engaged in trying new wines and wanting different things… if you don’t have or don’t get attached to a favorite brand. I’m in CA and I expect to pay $9-$12 per glass at minimum in most reputable wine bars and restaurants. (I’m assuming the limited release bottles are 6 ounces like the regular subscription.) So $6-8 per glass seems reasonable. Even our dive bars here charge $6 for a glass of Fetzer lol.
I would definitely consider the one-time limited editions at $29, and might even order the 8-bottle box once or twice but I don’t think I’d personally get enough value out of it monthly, because I’m just not that invested in wine and don’t drink with consistency.
However, I could see this being a really fun activity for girls night in — doing a few small tasting flights? Or a unique gift. I can think of a few friends who would enjoy this. To me, it just seems more like an occasional experience for fun. But then again, I am not super into wine and not a regular drinker.

I really love wine and tend to go for sweet or semi sweet reds and steer clear of whites because they all tend to be on the bitter side, at least the ones I try. So this might help me to break out of that .
