We have the yearly subscription and my daughter never received a box on her birthday with birthday items.
We were Cubscription members. Because of COVID they didn’t send a fall box last year and so they said they would just fulfill the annual membership with the summer box. I confirmed that multiple times because I was canceling until we received all four. They never sent the summer box as promised. So our annual subscription was not honored. We will not be renewing with them again. It’s a shame too because the girls loved the stuffed animals.

How cute! I get this box, and I like it but I really wish they’d give us the option of picking girl or boy. I really dislike that they quit doing the adorable girls’ boxes 🙁
