Everything in my June 2021 GLOSSYBOX! FYI – there may be variations this month! I’m so excited to try everything!
Seed Moisture Conditioner ($18) Great for dry and damaged hair, this conditioner contains organic meadowfoam seed oil and mango butter that keeps hair soft and healthy while also eliminating dryness and fly-aways. It even smells good, with notes of black tea and ginger. To use, just get 1-2 pumps, apply to damp hair and leave for 1 minute before rinsing.
Naobay Freedom Low pH Hemp & Green Tea Gentle Cleanser ($18.20) This cleanser works well not only in cleansing and getting rid of dirt, but also in making my skin look and feel softer and smoother. It’s formulated with green tea, which is known to help with skin irritation, redness, and swelling. I like how gentle it is on my skin, and it’s not drying either.
Piper Wai Natural Deodorant Cream Mini ($6) It’s a natural deodorant containing activated charcoal, which is known to help with detoxifying skin. It also leaves the skin feeling smooth, soft, and supple, and it even promises a brightening effect with continued use. This product has a paste-like consistency that becomes creamy as you apply it. It melts so the skin can absorb it better. I’m not a fan of deodorant application by finger, but I’m happy to see this healthier product included in the box.
Josephine Cosmetics Dew You Liquid Highlighter in Claire ($36) I love the natural glowing effect that this highlighter gives me. It’s ideally applied on the high points of the face for a more defined makeup look. Another thing I like about it is that the formula is infused with green tea extracts. I also like mixing just a tiny drop of this product to my foundation when I want to go for a dewy look!
Pili Ani Ageless Concentrate ($6.40) Here’s an anti-aging concentrate made with pili and elemi oils which provide the skin with moisture and also help in reducing fine lines and wrinkles. To use, just get 2-3 drops and apply to clean dry skin. It’s gentle enough to be used both day and night!
This month’s GLOSSYBOX is a good mix of skincare, makeup, body care, and even haircare. My favorite item is the cleanser infused with green tea, as it does a great job of removing impurities without being too harsh. The anti-aging concentrate is also pretty promising, as well as the conditioner. Another item I love is the highlighter. It’s easy to apply because of the doe foot applicator. I received about $85 worth of items overall, which is more than 4 times the actual cost of the box! Whether you’re a beauty enthusiast or you simply want to discover new beauty products without spending too much, this beauty box is a great choice!
