We offer pasture-raised beef, pork, lamb, and chicken, from farms in Kentucky, Tennessee, and Pennsylvania. Our animals are raised sustainably and humanely and we handle all of the processing ourselves from dry aging our beef 14 days to hand cutting each piece. All our animals are raised with the highest animal husbandry and environmental standards. Our animals are raised outside on pasture never in a concentrated animal feed operation or feedlot. We handle all of the processing ourselves from dry aging our beef 14 days to hand cutting each piece.
