Raspberry + Mulberry Seeded
Tastes Like: Tart berry compote and nut butter
Sweet, tart, tang, crunch—only good things are happening here. A mix of shredded coconut, cauliflower-butternut squash “rice,” nuts, and seeds bring the grain-free vibes, while slightly tart raspberries and sweet mulberries bring a burst of flavor that’s effortlessly balanced by a swirl of cinnamon-apple. With a hint of salt and just the right amount of sweet, this bowl is perfect no matter when you crave it.
Leek + Fonio Grits
Tastes Like: Southern-style grits with greens
Thanks to fiber-rich and protein-packed ancient African grain fonio, you get the smooth texture of OG grits without feeling like you just ate grits. Parsnip swirled with “cheezy” nutritional yeast, garlic, and a dash of cayenne creates the perfect balance of rich and creamy. It gets finished with tender kale, onion-y leeks, and spicy pickled peppers to make something surprising and totally unique.
Cremini + Miso Oat
Tastes Like: Umami-rich oats with veggies
Cracked oats (think rolled oats’ higher fiber cousin) with cremini mushrooms, sweet peas, spinach, and savory yellow onion get tossed in a miso glaze made with ginger, green onion, and a pinch of cayenne. Energizing and satisfying, this bowl has umami in every bite. If you end up actually licking the bowl, we won’t say a thing.
How to prepare (it’s so easy!):
STEP 1 For stovetop, pour into a pot and cook over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes. For microwave, keep in this bowl—it’s microwave-safe. Heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring halfway in between.
STEP 2 Stir and dig in.
