Women’s Collective Box is a quarterly subscription box that delivers an assortment of items from women-owned companies. Items sent will “represent the thoughtfulness, resolve, and artistry that set women apart”. Expect 5-8 products and learn all about the owners in the included mini magazine. The box is $54.95 a quarter or sign up for a year’s worth and save $20.

Each box brings the treasure hunt of conscious shopping to your front door, telling the story of the incredible women behind every product. With every quarterly delivery, you will not only take part in supporting the business mavens of today but empower the founders of tomorrow.

Women’s Collective Box made the list in our 2021 readers’ choice picks of best subscription boxes for women!

The box was beautiful with all kinds of women represented. The box design changes each quarter and I believe the artist this time around is Talisa Almonte. The items were wrapped in tissue paper that was sealed with a sticker.

I received a card that looks like it is from the same featured artist. The back says to tag @womenscollectivebox if you plan on sharing on social media.

First look!

The items were tucked into shredded paper squiggles and overall the presentation of this box is beautiful.

Everything in the box!

A lovely Vinyl Sticker was in the box. It is about 3″ across and would look great on a water bottle or laptop.

Here is the full-color booklet featuring the items and their makers.

An intro about the box’s founder tells me about her background. It also mentions that 5% of box proceeds goes to new women entrepreneurs.

Here is some info on the box illustrator. She did a great job, didn’t she? She even did illustrations of all of the artisans featured in this box!

Here is a list of the box contents.

There is an online marketplace and here is a savings code for subscribers!

I received a card about the brand Gingiber.

The back of the card told me more about the artist.

Gingiber “Let’s Make It Together Art Print” ($24, find a similar print here) I found the same print but in black and white on the Gingiber website. This print is 8″ x 10″ and is on sturdy paper and can be framed.

Ruff House Print Shop Sunny Side Planner Journal ($16) is a planner/journal combo that has a thick front and back cover and a spiral binding.

The left side of the book has an undated planner page while the right side is handy for notes, lists, or journal entries. The book is 5.25″ x 8″ and has 60 pages.

There is info on each maker and their product, plus their social media account names so you can follow them and give them support to help them grow.

Océanne Adéle Stud Earrings ($32) came in a linen pouch.

They are made of brass and have a half circle shape. They are about 7/8″ across. I think they look so cool!

Moonlit Skincare Slumber Bath Salts ($19) I always adore a shimmery package, super pretty! These are bath salts that are supposed to help one drift off to sleep by fighting muscle tension and releasing a soothing scent thanks to its blend of herbs.

Salt crystals, dried lavender buds, plus lavender, frankincense, and geranium essential oils are the ingredients.

The scent combo is supposed to relieve stress and lower anxiety. The fragrance is warm and I adore it. Right now I have the salts sitting on my desk and when I need a break I just open the pouch and take a deep breath, it smells amazing!

Frayed Ends Designs Macramé Plant Hanger ($28 listed value) I couldn’t find this exact hanger on the brand’s website, and the hanger listed for $28 is 39″ long and will hold a 6″ planter, while this hanger is about 30″ long and will hold a 4″ planter.

I don’t actually have any indoor plants other than a huge pothos so I used a candle to show you how it looks (but don’t use with candles, seriously!). Macramé reminds me of the ’70’s and I have always liked the look of it, and this color combo fits into so many different home decor colors and styles.

Casa Amarosa Natural Grass Coasters – Set Of 4 ($30 listed value) I couldn’t find this product on the brand’s site but you can find similar items by searching for “woven seagrass coasters” on Google.

These are handmade in India and they may vary in appearance.

The coasters are about 4″ across and will fit most standard glasses or mugs.

I have some trivets made of a similar material and I have have been using them for over 30 years. When they get icky I spray them with Clorox Cleanup and give them a scrub with a brush and they look good as new.

I appreciate that Women’s Collective sources items from makers who give back to other women, such as those coasters that provide an employment opportunity for women in India. I like the natural look of those coasters and of the macramé plant hanger. The planner/journal/to-do list is helpful for keeping me on track and the bath salts are keeping me going, both reviving and relaxing me when I take a sniff, and I will soon use them as a foot soak as I tend not to take full baths. I don’t have pierced ears but will pass those beautiful earrings to my daughter; I know they will be appreciated by my oldest, they are exactly her style.

Sadly this is just nothing new in the sub. box world. I wouldn’t want to pay this month for a box without spoilers. Maybe if you are new to boxes it might seem good?

Jody, I think it may be that supporting woman-owned brands is the main focus but I get what you are saying.
