Over the past few seasons we’ve been steadily evolving the FabFitFun membership. From Boost My Box to reFills, our goal is to bring the best products at the best value straight to your doorstep.
At the same time, we’ve been thoughtfully listening to the feedback you’ve given us. Your voice is a big part of the evolution of building a membership that meets you where you’re at because we know your wants and needs evolve as life changes.
So we’re super excited to announce our most flexible membership ever! What exactly does this mean?
Starting in Summer 2021, current and new Annual Members get to customize their entire box. Yep, that means you can create a full box curation that’s 100% you.
Seasonal Members, there’s something for you too. Starting in Summer 2021, current and new Seasonal Members will get one more Customization option. That means you get to pick four times!
Lastly, we’re thrilled to offer UNLIMITED Swap for Credit to all members. Not a fan of the season’s box curation? No problem. All members can swap the box for e-commerce credit to use towards Boost My Box, reFills, sales, The Shop, and additional Customization items!* And do it an UNLIMITED amount of times.
We know how much you love choosing what you want each season and a fully customizable box gives you the opportunity to create the full curation that’s 100% you (and we hear you, sometimes that doesn’t include a cactus cup). This also speaks to our growing membership base. You’re all so diverse, and a fully customizable box reflects your individuality, while allowing you to choose based on where you’re at in life.

When we first created our boxes we had no Customization, no Add-Ons, no reFills, and no Community – and here we are now introducing a fully customizable box with no added price – just simply bringing you the flexibility that you want and need. We’re excited to see how uniquely each of you builds your box!
More Details on FabFitFun Swap for Credit
Beginning Summer 2021, we’re making your membership even more flexible by giving you the unlimited opportunity to Swap for Credit (a new take on our Skip a Box program). All eligible Annual and Seasonal Members have the chance to swap their upcoming box for credit. We want to make it easy for you to shop how you like, where you like, and when you like.
Take the credit and create your own shopping experience. Add-Ons, Edit Sales, Themed Sales, The Shop, Boost My Box, and reFills — use the credit how you like in any of these sales.
Once your Swap is requested and processed, you will receive an automated email confirmation and will be able to view the available credit on your account. This credit will be automatically deducted from your next eligible FabFitFun purchase(s) and is valid towards the following membership transactions:
- Add-Ons
- Edit Sales
- Themed Sales
- Shop Purchases
- Additional Customization*
- Boost*
- Refills*
Please note that the credit cannot be applied towards membership fees or gift cards.
*E-commerce credit can only be applied to Boost My Box, reFills, and additional Customization items in a future season when you’re receiving a box.
Can I still purchase Add-Ons if I swap for credit?
Members who swap for credit will still be able to shop Add-Ons during the given access window based on your membership for that season.
If I swap my box for credit, will I still receive my reFills order?
No, you will not be billed for or receive reFills items for any seasons that you decide to swap your box for credit. However, this will not cancel your reFills subscription(s). Your reFills order(s) will automatically resume in the next season in which you receive a Seasonal Box.

Swaps for the Summer 2021 season will be processed and you will be charged (if applicable) within 2 business days before your designated Add-Ons window opens.
- Annual: Swaps for the Summer 2021 season are available now until May 10, 2021, 11:59 PM PST.
- Seasonal: Swaps for the Summer 2021 season are available now until May 24, 2021, 11:59 PM PST unless you are in Bill Date 1 – those close on May 10.
