Here are the Superfood Smoothie Kits that I received this month: Immunity, Glow, Strength, Energy, and Detox.
Now, we’re ready to blend! We use our Vitamix to blend our smoothies. All of these smoothies make two servings, and each of them will tell you the suggested milk on the package, whether it’s a plant-based milk, juice, or coconut water. They work great with regular milk, too!
Immunity – Health + Wellness ($7.49 per smoothie) The first smoothie features a blend of ingredients that are rich in antioxidants and vitamin C to boost body’s defenses and immunity. It’s also vegan friendly, and free from gluten, dairy, and soy.

Here’s what’s inside the pack, frozen fruit slices! I love that they send the ingredients in this form, so I can be sure that what goes into my smoothie are all natural. Also included in every smoothie kit are superfood chips, which contains a proprietary organic superfood blend plus organic banana puree. According to Blendtopia, all the superfood powders in their smoothie mixes have gone through freeze drying prior to being added to the superfood chips. Freeze drying uses extremely cold temperatures to extract moisture from the food without eliminating the necessary nutrients.
Preparing this is pretty easy! You just have to blend the pouch contents with a plant-based milk (almond milk or coconut milk) or any liquid if your choice. I love how mine turned out! It’s tasty and there are still bits of the fruits in it, making the texture really nice. For those who love berry shakes, this would be a healthier alternative!
Energy – Elevate + Energize ($7.49 per smoothie) This smoothie mix is a powerhouse of energy-giving ingredients! It’s packed with protein, healthy fats, and omegas to help increase one’s vitality.

There’s a generous amount of pineapples, bananas, and blue berries on this one. In case you’re wondering what the brown chunks are, those are the superfood chips!
This healthy blend resembles my favorite tropical blueberry smoothie. It contains flax seeds and chia seeds for a protein boost, plus maca powder that helps improve stamina. It did give me the energy I needed to get me through the afternoon slump and I love it!
Detox Cleanse + Renew ($7.49 per smoothie) The next smoothie mix is specially formulated to purify the body by improving alkalinity and digestion. If you’re into clean eating, this one is for you.
Ingredients: organic pineapples, organic celery, organic bananas, organic banana puree (organic bananas, ascorbic acid), organic kale, organic spinach, organic hemp seeds, organic milled flax seeds, organic wheatgrass powder, organic chlorella powder, lemon juice powder, organic cayenne
This one has greens, including antioxidant-rich vegetables kale and spinach. There’s also wheat grass powder and chlorella powder that both help eliminate toxins in the body.
The result is a light green smoothie with dark green bits. It tastes very “green” as well, just like any other detox blend, but we think it’s the best we’ve ever tried! I think this is a great to drink anytime of the day, or whenever you need a reset.
Glow – Nourish + Restore ($7.49 per smoothie) Of course, there’s also a smoothie kit that focuses on keeping the skin, nails, and hair healthy and vibrant. The added vitamin C, healthy fats, and powerful antioxidants in this blend help make us feel and look better at the same time.
Ingredients: organic pineapples, organic bananas, organic mangos, organic banana puree (organic bananas, ascorbic acid), organic spinach, organic hemp seeds, organic milled flax seeds, organic goji berry powder, organic lucuma powder, organic turmeric, organic black pepper.
The combination of pineapple and mango is really good, it gives me a hint of tropical flavors in every sip. Other key ingredients are antioxidant-rich spinach that help maintain clear skin and goji berries known to fight acne and promote collagen production.
Strength – Power + Performance ($7.49 per smoothie) The last smoothie kit in my box is loaded with body strengthening ingredients. This pack is a great source of protein, amino acids, fiber, omegas, and vitamin C. A single serving is enough to provide the body with all the energy it needs for the whole day.

It’s another green-filled blend and I’m not complaining. Aside from the spinach that gives this smoothie a nice green color, it also has avocado chunks which is rich in fiber and heart-healthy fatty acids.
This is a well-balanced blend of greens and fruits. It also has sacha inchi powder with a nutty taste and cacao powder with a rich flavor. The added hemp seeds and milled flax seeds also boosts brain function and helps improve the immune system. This was our 6 year old’s favorite smoothie, so don’t be shy about trying a green drink!
I love how all these smoothies turned out! One smoothie can also act as a meal replacement, so it’s really perfect for busy people. Our kids loved them too. One important thing to note is that these smoothies make two servings – and there was a lot more than shown in each glass. It’s a great box for blending together, whether partners or parents!

I’m impressed because they use only natural ingredients, along with their proprietary superfood chips. As a result, all the smoothies taste fresh and natural. Each blend also has a specific benefit, which is great for health-conscious people and their different health goals. I’m loving the Energy smoothie kit and the Detox smoothie kit so far. The Energy smoothie kit is a great way to power up whether at the start or at the middle of the day, and it’s also a good choice if you’re looking for an alternative to your usual regular energy drinks. Meanwhile, the Detox smoothie kit keeps my body feel light and cleansed, and it even promises to help with weight loss. Each kit must always be frozen to maintain their quality and freshness, but no worries because they can last up to 12 months if stored properly. We thought the price was comparable to other smoothie subscriptions but the quality of the ingredients, the flavor, and the serving sizes make this subscription an easy pick! We absolutely loved these!
