I ordered this the day it was available & now it’s a year later with no resolve ?. I ordered the crate with all 3 shirts & bottle opener, I received one shirt and was charged the entire amount with no word of getting a refund or status on my order.
I got screwed also Miguel. When mine finally arrived after months I was missing my Hoodie and Bottle opener. I’ve spoke with customer service for over a year now. I’ve been told my items were delayed, then prepared for shipment, then back ordered and now not available. The solution now is I’ve been offered a simple Loot Tee to compensate for a $40 hoodie that was my main reason to buy the collection. We should file a complaint with the BBB and you may want to even file an internet crime report and police report for theft.
Any new info on this?? It has literally been months and just been told soon every time you inquire about it.
This is absolute bull crap. I ordered the crate in March and it’s now Sept and the crate has not even been shipped. Loot crate is a lying company
