    I’ve been an annual member for almost 5 years now and although my orders/shipments have not always been perfect customer service has always fixxed my issues.
    The last 2 years my orders have been right on nothing missing and shipping although during a Pandemic has been wonderful.

    I think they need some new suppliers the stuff they’re offering is getting boring I would like to see less bags and creams and more fun items I like the new cause box personal blender to make your own smoothie summer Sandals things fir the beach since it is a summer box

    While I haven’t ever purchased from an edit sale, I’ve been a customer for 3 or 4 years. I’ve been both Seasonal and Annual and have never really had an issue. I don’t always LOVE every product but I’ve always been happy with my box. I’ve found some amazing products that I probably wouldn’t have tried otherwise. Happy subscriber here!

    I used to be an annual subscriber. I agree with Daniele, their customer service sucks, I kept not getting what I ordered and when I called was never made whole. So done with them. They need to really look into their customer service standards and fulfillment centers. It shouldn’t take 2 months to receive anything!

    So I signed up for a year with the promotion of a free $200 mystery box. Was supposed to be sent out with the spring box and it wasn’t. Contacted customer service and was told that it was up to the warehouse team to send as they deem “most effective.” I’m a brand new subscriber and I’m already disgusted. I had to contact them. They never notified me of a delay on the mystery box. So I replied (again) and told them so. If they advertise a promotion they should probably follow through with it and not appear to hope the consumer has forgotten.

      Welcome to FabFitFun. I’ve been an annual subscriber for two years and am up for renewal with the Summer 2021 box. Between receiving damaged items because they’re careless about packing, being told after the fact that items I ordered and paid for after refreshing the screen for an hour to get them are not available, and the insanely slow shipping, I will not be renewing again. The deals I’ve gotten have not been worth the hassle, and a lot of what you wind up with are cheap overstock. Currently I have an order from a flash sale that still hasn’t arrived over a month later. I’ve contacted customer service twice. The first time I received no help. When I reviewed the agent who “assisted” me, a manager responded to my feedback telling me that their agent did just fine according to their standards. They said if my package was still not received by March 31st to contact them again. It’s April 6th. No package, no response to my second email. I will not be giving this company another dime.
