Isabella Girl On The Go by Jennifer Fosberry ($8.22)

New York Times Bestseller! Isabella:Girl on the Go is the perfect book choice when looking for on the go books for kids, kids books on geography, or empowering stories for little girls and boys!

Isabella’s and her dreams are turning an ordinary backyard into an extraordinary adventure! A must-read for lovers of the Isabella series: My Name is not Isabella, Isabella: Star of the Story, Isabella: Girl in Charge, and My Name is not Alexander.

The precocious, purple-haired traveler spends the day playing with her dad as she pretends everyday things (like the sandbox) are extraordinary places. Isabella ends the day in her own home-sweet-home, the most wonderful place to be. Travel around the world to places like:

  • Pyramids of Giza

  • Eiffel Tower

  • Great Wall of China

  • Chichen Itza

  • Big Ben

  • Statue of Liberty

This is a great story book for introducing kids to geography.

The endpaper has cute illustrations of popular landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower in Paris and Big Ben in London. The synopsis of the story is also printed on the flap.

Each spread contains big and beautiful illustrations. The text is simple and easy to grasp.

They also highlighted some words by using different fonts. My kids enjoyed flipping through this book because they like adventures!

Star In The Jar by Sam Hay ($14.42)

Named a “Parents Best Children’s Books 2018”!

What would you do with a fallen star?

When a little boy stumbles across a lost star, he decides to take care of it, putting it in a jar and carrying it with him everywhere. But when the sky calls out for its missing star, can the little boy and his sister figure out a way to return the star to its friends in the sky…even if it means saying goodbye forever?

This warm-hearted and enchanting bedtime story celebrates the rewards of true friendship.

Next up is a heartwarming bedtime read!

The synopsis of the story is also printed on the flap of the book.

The illustrations are charming and vibrant. My kids love the details!

The text per page is usually just one sentence long, so it’s a perfect book for beginners. The message about friendship at the end of the story is just beautiful!

Nickelodeon 5-Minute Adventure Stories Collection by Hollis James ($1.92)

Nickelodeon fans ages 3 to 7 will love this hardcover collection of tales featuring the characters from PAW PatrolBlaze and the Monster MachinesShimmer and ShineNella the Princess Knight, and Sunny Day. Each story can be read in five minutes or less, so it’s perfect for bedtime–or anytime!

This book is for Nickelodeon fans and it’s filled with short stories featuring popular Nick characters.

There’s Paw Patrol, which is about six puppies led by Ryder a 10-year-old boy. The illustrations are on point!

Another fun Nick show included in the storybook is Sunny Day. It’s about Sunny, the best hairstylist in Friendly Falls, and her friends!

My kids love books and this subscription gives them new titles to look forward to every month. The books from this box are always age-appropriate, with fun stories and life lessons as well. My kids’ favorite this month is the Nickelodeon book. They loved seeing familiar characters in the stories!
