Inside the booklet, we have a list of all this month’s snacks.

On the back of the box, we have our Fitness Challenge / 20 minutes workout.

Everything in the box.

Be-Bold Energy Bar – Almond Butter.  Made with Rolled Oats, Wildflower Honey, Almond Butter, Walnuts, Brazil Nuts, Chocolate Chips, Maple Syrup and Chia Seeds, these bar are gluten free, dairy free and contains 7g of protein, 5g of fiber for 260 calories. It seems as their shelflife are short, but they can be refrigerate or frozen. They are a nice with coffee for a quick morning snack.

Uplift Gut Happy Cookies – Salted Peanut Butter with chocolate coconut and Salted Almond Butter with vanilla and hemp seeds.  Each packet comes with three small keto-friendly cookies. They are high in fiber and protein and they contain 1B CFU probiotics and 4 diverse prebiotics, perfect to keep your gut healthy. They are said to be slightly salty with only a touch of sweetness (from coconut sugar and monk fruit extract) but I found them too salty for my taste.

The cookies themselves have a nice texture with a nice creamy filling.

SuperSeedz Gourmet Pumpkin Seeds – Sea Salt. With just two ingredients, pumpkin seeds and sea salt, this snack is vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, and packs a lot of nutrition.

Craized Sweet Corn – Toasted Corn Crisps. Thin and crunchy little crisps, they are perfect by themselves, with a dip, or to make fun canapés. They have a very nice sweetness that pairs well with savory topping, and they have a very satisfying texture.

Prince of Peace Ginger Chews Original. I love ginger chews! They are sweet, spicy, full of flavor, and chewy without sticking to my teeth!

They are individually wrapped so I can keep some everywhere in my office, my purse, living room.

Lesser Evil – Paleo Puffs Himalayan Pink Salt. Delicious puffs made with a blend of cassava flour, coconut flour and sweet potato flour. They are crunchy, light, quite salty, but not too salty. I wish they were more in the bag,  they are just soo good!

Ultima Replenisher. These single-serve electrolytes contain no sugar for a 0 calorie drink. They are sweetened with stevia leaf, and they have that strong stevia leaf taste.

We received quite a lot of Ultima Replenisher in this box, but we usually received the Raspberry, Lemonade and Grape flavors, so I was really happy to have three more flavors (Cherry Pomegranate, Orange, Blue Raspberry) to try out.

Top Seedz Crackers – Sea Salt. A tasty seedy crackers made with Sesame Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds and Flax Seeds.

They are so delicious! Top Seedz website says you can pair them with swiss cheese, or salmon, cream cheese and dill, or slived fruit and nut butter, but they are honestly perfect by themselves. I may have eaten the whole thing in one sitting.

This was a great box with a nice mix of sweet and savory treats. My favorites were the Top Seedz and the ginger chews, but everything was tasty and delicious.
