The Winter Box is here! It’s curated with some extra love and we hope it brings you a little excitement and comfort this season. We wanted to proactively keep you up to date on shipping timelines and why we expect it might take some additional time to receive your box this holiday season.
As you may know, our FabFitFun team has been working hard to navigate through COVID-19 over the past few quarters. We are continuing to go above and beyond to prioritize the safety of our team members at the warehouse, while packing up your individual customized boxes and Add-Ons. As we balance these continued challenges, please allow up to 1 month for processing your winter order, plus up to an additional 10 business days for standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. Please note that boxes being shipped outside of the contiguous U.S. will likely take longer to ship. While social distancing and safety measures are having an impact on fulfillment speed, we have made some positive improvements to your membership experience, including adding reFills, a new e-commerce shopping cart, and additional fulfillment infrastructure.
