Among the many accolades, Restaurant Marc Forgione was recognized with a glowing two-star review in the New York Times and received a Michelin star. He has created a modern American style of cuisine with bold flavors and playful touches.

Cauliflower Mash by Chef Ali Maffucci 

 Ali Maffucci is the founder of the culinary brand Inspiralized, the ultimate resource for cooking creatively, healthfully and deliciously with the spiralizer, the kitchen tool that turns vegetables and fruits into noodles. Recently, she expanded her recipe content to include other inventive ways to transform vegetables, continually inspiring people to love and to eat more vegetables. In June of 2013, Ali quit her corporate job to pursue Inspiralized, starting first with her blog, Inspiralized.com. Since then, Maffucci has been referred to as a “digitally savvy millennial entrepreneur”, as well as the creator of a “spiral empire” by Food & Wine. J Johnson is a James Beard Award-winning chef best known for his barrier-breaking cuisine connecting the foodways of West Africa and Asia to the Americas. Chef JJ’s signature style of combining culturally relevant ingredients with his classically trained cooking and global point of view was inspired by the Caribbean tastes he grew up with, combined with inspiration from his travels.
