This month’s theme is “Let’s Go BACK” with a Bikini Model Workout Edition.

The information card only includes information about the main items : the V Wrap Leggins / Booty Shorts (only one of the two will be in the box) on one side.

And the Airlight Socks (2 pack) on the other side.

This month, it’s a “Let’s go BACK” workout with an emphasis on… the BACK!

The workout card’s welcoming words remind us that even though our back is the second biggest muscle group next to the legs, working it is a love hate relationship. Sometimes, no matter how much effort goes in, the results are lacklusters. This month is all about unlocking our tru back training potential.

I really like the back muscles’ drawing. It’s simple, easy to understand and straight to the point.

Although their are not part of our monthly workouts, these Olympia Girls Workouts are a fun addition to the “Let’s Go BACK” theme.

There’s four workouts provided, created to build a sculpted V-Taper back. They are all designed from the same template : 6 back exercises broken down into 3 spuersets. This will be interesting!

Musclenation V Wrap Leggings / Booty ShortsSubscribers would have received either the leggings or the shorts.

I’ve received the bike shorts and they are so cute! The mint colored waistband crosses in the front. The leg length is just enough to be comfortable and not roll up while moving.

The band is very soft and it gives a nice shape to the waist area.

The back has a nice v shape that I find very flattering.

HyperMV Airlight Socks (2 pack). From what I’ve seen from other subscribers, there were different color combination you could have received.

They are on the thin side, and they are quite stretchy. They have a nice arch support and they are comfortable for running.

Good To Go Soft Baked Bars – Cocoa Coconut and Raspberry Lemon. Made with Almond Flour, Inulin and Erythritol, these bars are low in sugar (16g), high in fiber (5g), grain free, peanut free, and vegan. They have the texture of coffee cake, a bit sticky, and they are quite flavorful.

Grenade Carb Killa – Peanut Nutter. This bar contains 20g of protein for 220 calories from a blend of casein and whey protein. A good afternoon protein pick me up.

This was an other great Miss Muscle Box. I really enjoyed the workout theme with its Back workout as well as a throwback to Miss Olympia workouts. I also love my new bike shorts and you can never get too many workout socks. As usual, the protein treats were great and I appreciate that they were not all with the same flavor profile.
