The items are neatly tucked inside the box.

This box’s theme is A VERY GLOSSY FAIRYTALE! It looks like there are two versions: The Enchanted Spirit box and Midnight Fantasy box. I received the latter.

The back of the booklet includes a note about the GLOSSYBOX 2020 advent calendar!

The booklet lists what’s inside the box, along with a group photo of the products.

Everything in my October 2020 GLOSSYBOX! FYI – this was one of several variations this month!

Ona New York Spotlight Radiant Glow Gel Mask ($8) This mask is infused with niacinamide and willow bark extract that both protects the skin from environmental stressors plus centella asiatica and tea tree oil which are known to soothe skin and improve skin tone. It’s ideal for rejuvenating stressed skin and it’s also hydrating!

Ciaté London Extraordinary Translucent Setting Powder ($25) I like setting my face with powder whenever I’m doing makeup just to be sure that everything stays in place all day long. This powder helps with that and it even creates a soft-focus feel on on my skin!

This translucent powder is finely-milled making it really soft to the touch and lightweight on the face. I also like that this has no flashback so it’s safe to use even during evening events without worrying if it will put a gray cast on your face when taking photos!

I put this on to set my concealer but I love using it on its own as well. It also works when you’re not wearing any make-up and you just want to get rid of excess oiliness. It really is a great product!

Generation Clay Australian Purple Clay Mask ($11.92) This clay mask exfoliates my skin and reduces the appearance of pores. Infused with AHA, it also rejuvenates the skin, making it look fresher and brighter. Other key ingredients include witch hazel, vitamin E, and thorny desert lime. Unlike other clay masks, this one is gentle on the skin and is not drying!  To use, just apply a thin layer on your skin and wait for 10 minutes before rinsing with warm water.

Earth Harbor AURORA Superfood Luminance Ampoule ($32) Ideal for irritated skin, this ampoule calms the skin with the help of cannabis sativa hemp oil. The formula penetrates deep into the skin and targets the root cause of the inflammation. It also contains vitamins A, B, C, and E that nourish the skin and protect it from signs of aging! It’s ideally applied after cleansing and toning and all you need is 2 drops per application. It’s lightweight plus it doesn’t leave my skin oily!

KVD Vegan Beauty Studded Kiss Creme Lipstick ($20) I received the lipstick in Lovecraft, a pretty mauve shade that’s great for everyday use. I like the formula because it’s super creamy and pigmented. One swipe is all you need to get the full opacity of the lipstick! I also like its gorgeous packaging with an edgy feel to it.

This month’s GLOSSYBOX is really enchanting, especially because of the storybook vibe they have going. Content-wise, it was also pretty good because it includes usable and high-quality skincare and beauty products. My favorites are the ampoule and the setting powder. The ampoule does a great job of calming my skin, while the setting powder keeps my makeup shine-free all day. The lipstick is also nice and its shade is right up my alley. The total retail value is $97! This subscription never fails to give subscribers a good value for money each and every month!
