Wizarding World Crate from Loot Crate is the bi-monthly and official Harry Potter & Fantastic Beasts subscription box. For $39.99 every other month, you’ll get 5-7 unique and officially licensed Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts merchandise, so there’s no need to go to Diagon Alley!

DEAL: Save 15% on any subscription plan when you use this link and coupon code HELLOSUBSCRIPTION15.

The box is sealed with a sticker that features a wand wave pattern. It’s the Unlocking Charm, “Alohomora”!

Inside the box are other spells and their wave patterns!

Some of the items were wrapped in plastic.

The items arrived in great condition.

The theme this month is SPELLS & CHARMS.

We received a folded letter with a faux seal.

Swish and flick! Practice your magical skills with the most iconic SPELLS & CHARMS of the Wizarding World!

The letter tells you how magical this month’s items are – the stars denote that the items are exclusive to the box!

All the magical loot in this month’s crate!

Unicorn Pin. Continuing with the Magical Creatures pin series, I received a unicorn pin!

The Unicorn was a white horse with a horn sticking out of its head. An iconic creature of magic, the existence of unicorns was one of the worst-kept secrets of the wizarding world, as unicorns were inextricably associated with magic in the Muggle world. These majestic equines possessed potent magical properties, with their tail hairs being designed by Garrick Ollivander as one of the “Supreme Cores,” which was a distinction shared by only two other beasts.

In the series, the unicorn’s horn and tail hair are used in potions. It is also believed that their blood can grant immortality to anyone who takes it.

House Ghost Charm. The House Ghost Charm that I received is the Grey Lady or Helena Ravenclaw, the Ravenclaw House Ghost. She is the daughter of one of the Hogwarts founders, Rowena Ravenclaw.

The keychain lights up, and it also has a mini trigger snap that you can easily attach to your bag and belt loops.

Hogwarts House Candle Tin. Cast the fire-making spell and light up this candle! Incendio!

For this box, I chose the Ravenclaw House that’s why my House-specific items are in blue and bronze, and most of them come with the Eagle, like this cool tin candle container.

The candle is perfect to light up my room at night. It sets the mood for a good night’s rest too!

Hogwarts House Washi Tape Set. When you need to repair something, just say “Reparo” and it will do the trick, but if there are things that you can just “tape” to fix, here’s a set of cool washi tapes!

The three rolls came in different designs.

There’s a House-specific one, a tape with “Reparo” and its wand wave pattern, and another one with cute images of the characters!

All of the designs are cute, and they’re perfect as borders, dividers, or added decorations on journals, scrapbooks, photo albums, and more! They’re not just meant for fixing but for decorating as well.

Eraser Wand. The words on this box reminded me of the time when Hermione cast the spell to obliviate her parents because she didn’t want them to be involved in the Second Wizarding War. It’s one of the most heartbreaking scenes in the movie.

Inside the box is an eraser modeled after Hermione’s wand!

Hermione’s wand is made of vine wood with a Dragon heartstring core. It’s actually one of the prettiest wands in the Wizarding World!

Patronus Frame. The Patronus charm protects good and happy memories, and this picture frame is the perfect representation of one of the most popular charms in the series!

The frame came with a stand and hanging hardware so you can display it however you want.

It features the beautiful Patronus of Lily Potter and Professor Severus Snape, the doe!

Hogwarts House Transparent Travel Bag. You can easily reveal what’s inside of this travel bag because it’s transparent, there’s actually no need to cast the spell “Revelio”!

Inside the clear bag is a House-specific pouch. I have the Blue one with the eagle’s silhouette on it, for Ravenclaw!

The transparent bag also has the wave wand pattern for the spell “Revelio”. It’s nice and I love that it’s also waterproof! It’s the perfect bag for travel and beach trips!

This month’s box is really charming, not just because it features some spells and charms from the franchise, but it contains amazing items that I can actually use and enjoy! I love the House-specific items like the candle and the transparent bag. They will be very useful, especially during trips! I also love that they still continue with the magical beast pins. The washi tapes are all gorgeous, the eraser is nostalgic, and the Patronus frame reminded me of happy and beautiful memories. Overall, the Potterhead in me is really happy! I just hope they can fix their shipping schedule the soonest!

Yep, they all came in the space of a few days. Look for them soon or hit the bell on this post for notifications. Loot Crate is, we think, nearly totally caught up with their backlog.
