Everything in my September 2020 box!

Pūrlisse Matcha Green Tea Antioxidant Sheet Mask ($6) Made with natural fibers and infused with matcha green tea, this sheet mask promotes healthy skin by fighting signs of premature aging. It helps rejuvenate skin cells and moisturizes the skin at the same time. I love how this made my skin feel really softer and plumper! For a cooling effect, you can pop this in the freezer before using it!

Sunday Riley Saturn Sulfur Spot Treatment Mask ($9.33) It’s a spot treatment mask that works on just about any type of acne, whether inflammatory acne, rosacea acne, or hormonal acne. It contains sulfur, which dries and clears up acne while preventing blackheads and new blemishes from forming! To use, apply a small amount to the target area and leave on until dry then remove with water. It’s also gentle enough to be used as an overnight treatment.

Too Cool For School Rules of Mastic IX Enhancer ($0.79) Known as a recovery balm, this formula repairs weak skin by replenishing the moisture and providing nourishment. Key ingredients include concentrated mastic extract, squalane, and hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid. They recommend to apply this product as the last step of your skincare routine. I have dry skin and this is just perfect. It hydrates without causing oiliness!

IT Cosmetics Your Skin But Better Makeup Primer+ ($6.50) Great for all skin types, this primer not only promotes the longevity of the makeup but also hydrates the skin, giving you a smooth makeup base! It also has a pore minimizing effect which helps give that flawless overall look. The oil-free formula makes for a great foundation base as it holds the product really well. I love this primer because I can wear it even as it is, to make my skin look smoother!

Perfect Shine Clarifying Scalp Scrub ($1.81) This scalp scrub exfoliates to get rid of those pesky build-ups and make your scalp healthier and feel refreshed! It’s a great substitute for shampoo at least once a week.

It contains sake water and hyaluronic acid that helps keep the skin’s pH balance and hydrate the hair, leaving it healthier and shinier!

ARROW Color Enhancing Lip Balm ($15) Formulated with mango seed butter, this lip balm adds a pop of color on the lips while keeping it hydrated! The formula is made to react to the natural pH level of your skin and produce a shade that enhances your natural lip color. Since it contains peppermint oil, it also leaves the lips with a cooling sensation!

Birchbox always sends high-quality samples! This month, the Curated Box includes a mix of skincare and cosmetic products plus one hair care item. My favorite item is the spot treatment mask because it works for all types of acne and it doesn’t sting! The face mask and the scalp scrub also make a good combo for an at-home spa experience, the perfect reward after a tiring week. The overall retail value is $39, which is more than double the actual price of the box!
