This is the review of Daily Harvest Flatbreads. As always, their boxes are always well-insulated to keep the contents fresh!

The box comes with an information sheet.

It has a message from Rachel Drori, the founder of Daily Harvest.

Inside is a sneak peek of the box’s contents!

I’m so excited to try everything out! They look so tasty!

They even included some food hacks that we can use!

We ordered two of each flavor – and I’m glad we did, they’re pretty amazing!

Everything in my box!

First up is Artichoke and Spinach!

Artichoke + Spinach. This flatbread has a broccoli crust which surprisingly tastes good. It has that sweet and nutty taste that I really like, must be coming from the tahini sauce they’ve got on top.

Ingredients include organic broccoli, artichoke hearts, organic cassava root flour, organic spinach, organic celery, organic cauliflower puree, organic extra virgin olive oil, organic flax seeds, water, organic tahini, organic lemon juice, Himalayan sea salt, organic white wine vinegar, nutritional yeast, psyllium husk powder, thyme, and organic white pepper.

This flatbread is ideal for workout recovery because of potassium and magnesium-rich spinach and for digestive support because of artichokes and broccoli.

Heating them up for a few minutes will make the flatbread a bit crispier.

Next, we have Kale and Coriander.

Kale + Sweet Potato. This is a bit sweeter than the others, probably because of the sweet potato crust. I really love this and it’s actually quite filling!

Ingredients include organic sweet potato, red cabbage, organic cassava root flour, organic kale, organic extra virgin olive oil, organic cauliflower puree, organic spinach puree, organic flax seeds, water, organic hemp seeds, organic lemon juice, Himalayan sea salt, organic yellow onion puree, organic cilantro, psyllium husk powder, organic cumin, organic garlic puree, organic coriander seeds, and oregano.

The cilantro sauce on the red cabbage and kale takes the flavors up a notch. This flatbread is ideal for workout recovery and also packed with anti-inflammatory properties!

We also have Tomato and Cremini.

Tomato + Cremini. This is my husband’s favorite out of all the three! He feel likes it’s his healthy version of a pizza and he could eat this all day! For better results, you can add cheese before reheating and it would taste like heaven!

Ingredients are organic cauliflower, organic cassava root flour, organic cremini mushrooms, organic asparagus, organic tomatoes, organic red onions, organic extra virgin olive oil, organic flax seeds, organic yellow onion puree, organic basil, himalayan sea salt, organic black garlic puree, psyllium husk powder, and organic black pepper.

It has generous toppings on top of a healthy and filling cauliflower crust. I especially like the tomato sauce used which gave the flatbread a smoky and bold flavor.

Here are all three flatbreads side by side! Just look at how gorgeous they are!

I sliced them up so the whole family can try them! To prepare, just place a baking sheet on the center rack of your oven/toaster oven, preheat to 450°F, and then put the flatbread. Wait for 20-25 minutes, when the edges are deep golden brown. Cool for 1-2 minutes and then it’s ready to eat!

This delicious selection is perfect for late night snacking or as a full meal in itself when you feel like it!

Daily Harvest’s newest healthy food offering more than lived up to our expectations! They are made with wholesome ingredients, they’re easy to prepare, and they’re delicious to boot. My whole family enjoyed everything! I thought I was going to have a hard time making my kids try them but they actually gobbled it all up pretty fast! My husband’s favorite was the Tomato + Cremini. The mushroom overload had him on the first bite. My fave? Kale + Sweet Potato, hands down! I loved the sweet potato and cilantro combo. Who knew veggie-topped flatbreads could be so yummy! Currently, there are only 3 flavor combinations available and I hope they make more! Since we baked these up, Daily Harvest has said they’re trying to update the recipe for crispier crusts and more flavorful sauces, and I was really surprised by this. I thought they were flipping fantastic already. I have plans for our next set of two with wine time. They’re so easy and tasty and I think they’d be a fun evening meal with a glass!
