Alamar Cosmetics Birthday Suit Lip Gloss ($15) This gloss is everything! I love how the formula is super shiny yet it is not sticky at all. The color is also gorgeous, I’m sure it will look great in any skin tone! Wear it as it is or even as a lipstick topper, there are hundreds of looks that we can create with this gloss!
Ace Beauté Bronzed in Paradise Palette ($30) The face palette came in a gorgeous box packaging with florals.
The back of the box contains details about the product like the ingredients and expiration info. According to it, this palette is also cruelty-free.
Inside is a lovely shade selection. The colors are warm and perfect for contouring! I also love that the palette came with its own mirror.
I like the soft formula and how it blends easily on the skin. The pigment is good so a little goes a long way. This is a great contour palette for everyday use! We can get that bronzed sun-kissed look by mixing and matching the colors from this palette. You can even go extra creative and make a basic eye look with these!
Hourglass Scattered Light Glitter Eyeshadow ($29) To give life to our eye makeup, here’s a made-in-Korea glitter eyeshadow!
It’s packaged in a small solo tub for easier access.
This glitter eyeshadow is highly pigmented! The formula is soft and buttery, I like it. One simple glide of this product on the lids and it will take your eyeshadow game to the next level! I love how the glitters are fine and not chunky as it gives out a metallic effect. Add more flair by using a wet brush upon application for a more dazzling look!
The Crème Shop Next Gen Blender Set in Pink ($22) They also threw in this pair of makeup sponges! I like that it came in a box so it didn’t get deformed during transit.
We got two pieces inside. Both are soft and dense. They’re also really good at applying makeup! I just find that the pointed one on the right works really well in getting into those hard to reach creases of the face since it has a pointed tip. But overall, both sponges do a great job! They’re compact and I like using them because they give that airbrush finish!
111SKIN NAC Y2 Pollution Defence Booster ($135) I also received a skincare product in this box! It’s a skincare booster that helps and shields the skin against blue light and pollution. Formulated with NAC Y2, it improves anti-oxidant levels so it provides optimum skin condition for the generation of collagen and elastin, therefore reducing the stress from environmental damage. It also helps with minimizing fine lines and wrinkles! This booster is also easy to use. Just make sure to shake it well before use and then mix 1-2 drops with your moisturizer or apply directly to cleansed skin.
What an amazing BOXYCHARM curation! I received $231 worth of items for only $25! What’s really impressive is that these items aren’t just regular brands, they’re well-known products. It’s dominated by makeup and my favorite item is the Hourglass shadow, hands down! The skincare booster is also skin-friendly and also easy to use. The palette and the gorgeous lip gloss come in a close third. The palette has great colors for contour while the lip gloss feels comfortable on my lips. All in all, I was impressed! Boxycharm never disappoints with all their box contents!
