The box features cute doodles on the outside! Inside, it’s all blue!

The contents are packed with wrapping paper and sealed with a Sago Mini sticker.

There’s a card that welcomes us to this month’s box!

The box this month is all about OCEAN SWIMMER!

The flip side of the cards talks about all the activities in this month’s box and lists the contents as well!

Inside the box, the items are packed per activity in an envelope.

The collectible mini-figurine is wrapped in a cute printed paper and sealed with a Sago Mini sticker.

Color Change Fins. This month’s collectible mini-figurine is the adorable fish, Fins!

Fins is not your ordinary fish as it transforms when you put it into warm water!

There are 3 activity packs!

Activity # 1: Whale House. The first activity is placed inside a light blue envelope with bubbles printed all around it. It is addressed to “my favorite interior designer” and it came from Fins!

The other side of the envelope has the instructions for the activity!

The envelope includes a letter from our friend, Fins.

For this activity, we got whale pieces, stickers, furniture, and the shark. We also used this month’s box and the mouth tray for the shark.

First, my kids transformed the box into a whale and they also placed the mouth tray inside.

They used the stickers to decorate the inside of the whale house.

They placed a mat with a piece of sock in the middle of the whale’s tongue!

They also built the furniture and arranged them inside the house.

They love it as they can easily move the furniture and place them anywhere in the house.

There is Fins enjoying his new home, thanks to our interior designers!

The arrangement of the furniture is great. Fins is now taking a rest on his very own bed!

My kids also built the shark and he’s visiting Fins in his new home!

Here’s how the whale looks like without all the decorations and furniture inside! It’s cute just as is!

Here’s everything that my kids made for this activity! They certainly had so much fun!

Fins is out to surf on his new surfboard!

The board looks cool!

Activity # 2: Snorkel Mask. Everything that we need for the snorkel mask making activity was packed in a yellow envelope that is sent by Robin, addressed to a “silly snorkeler”!

The flip side of the package also has instructions on how to do the second activity, plus a list of the materials.

Inside the envelope is a note from the adorable Robin!

For this activity, they provided a snorkel mask, screen, elastic, and some decorative stickers.

Setting up the mask and the screen is easy. My kids slot the screen over either side of the mask then added the elastic and adjusted it accordingly.

My son tried it on and it fits perfectly. He might not look like he was having fun, but he returned to this over and over!

Now, it’s time to add the decorations on the screen so that they can create an underwater landscape!

The kids showed their creativity in adding the stickers!

Activity # 3: Ocean Cleanup. For the last activity, all the materials were packed in a blue envelope with fishes on it. It’s addressed to “the best tidy-upper” from Dennis!

Just like the past two activities, there were complete instructions on how to do the last activity.

Here’s a note from Dennis that reminds us to keep the ocean clean so we have a cleaner place to swim at!

For this activity, they provided an ocean mat, trash pieces, and a fishing rod.

All my kids had to do was to pick up the trash using the fishing rod!

The activity teaches kids about the importance of keeping our bodies of water clean, not just to have a cleaner place to swim, but for the good of all the aquatic life living in it.

The kids had fun picking up the trash. The activity also exhibits small motor play.

This also reminded us of the game where we “fish” magnetic fishes, but this time, we’re picking up trash!

This month’s Sago Mini Box encourages creativity through play and teaches kids about the importance of the ocean and keeping it clean and safe. My kids enjoyed decorating the whale house for Fins, as well as making a snorkel mask. The last activity is also great as they learned why it is important to keep the ocean clean. For kids who love pretend play, this is surely a great subscription box. Another thing that we love about this box is that there’s no worry about the materials to be used as they provided almost everything. Also, the format of each activity is cool as the kids feel like a friend sent them a personal note and want them to enjoy the stuff that is included with their note!
