So over Pura Vida! They have not shipped the order they gave a code for last month for having no club and 11 days have gone by. I cancelled my membership and the billed me anyway, ignored my email and phone calls and have shipped the new monthly club bracelet set in 2 days since they charged me. All I want is the stuff my daughter ordered with the code they gave me with less than a 24 hour notice to use it. For 2 months there was no monthly club and now this?? Just give me my order from the code and refund the 3 month bracelet club membership I no longer want because of what happened the first time I joined for a 3 month bracelet club. One month of bracelets and then nothing for three months except another charge for another 3 month membership. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this shady company!!!
This was the same set that was shipped in December of 2019. Come on PuraVida – last month there was no “monthly club” – sure you got to pick one but its not like you didnt have to pay extra…
