This is my first ever box from Lather and Light and I was happy to see a handwritten note on top!

The items were well cushioned with shredded paper squiggles. The box presentation is simple and environmentally friendly.

Everything in my box!

Charcoal Lavender Soap I love natural soaps, they always smell amazing but not overwhelming. They work well not only in the shower, but next to the kitchen sink, since the scents tend to dissipate quickly. Check out the ombre effect on this beautiful bar!

The soap even has lavender buds on top and I love the stamping that was on the front of the bar.

I received a paper that listed the ingredients and that tells me the color comes from charcoal and purple Brazilian clay! The soap smells lightly of natural lavender and worked into a really good lather. It rinsed cleanly away and there was no lingering scent.

Lavender Coconut Milk Bath I think a creamy bath soak could fix so many problems right now, like dry skin, stress, and overall blahs.

This tub soak is made of coconut milk powder, Epsom and Himalayan salts, arrowroot, lavender buds, and essential oils (for fragrance).

It’s so pretty and smells good too, like coconut and lavender. The coconut milk left my skin soft, while the scent lifted my spirits, but in a relaxing way. So nice, I would suggest using it before bed.

Activated Charcoal Sugar Scrub Aren’t the jars and tags from this box adorable? Here we have a sweet little container of detoxifying sugar scrub.

This jar holds 4 ounces of product.

Apply to damp skin, let it sit for a while (I would suggest sitting in a dry tub or place some old towels on the floor). This product combines coconut oil, activated charcoal, and essential oils. The coconut oil is for softening the skin, while activated charcoal may help remove impurities from the skin.

The back of the tag tells me who made the product.

It looks like coffee and smells like fall, like pumpkin pie spices to my nose. I applied it to my skin (use on the body, not the face!) and give a good rub, it quickly goes from scrubby to gone in no time. It left behind soft skin and the scent faded quickly, but it was enjoyable while it lasted.

I was delighted with my very first box from Lather & Light! I could tell that care went into the making of these items, and the ingredients were all things I could pronounce. The items in the June box would make for a sensual bath time experience: make sure to light a candle and play some relaxing music as you use the scrub, rinse, then pour the milk bath and fill up the tub. They all smelled amazing, too!
