Everything came in retail plastic bags but we remove them for photography purposes.

The June 2020 theme is Screen Print Your Journal!

You are busy ?-ing amazing.

Everything in my June 2020 box!

Heidi Swapp Minc Reactive Screen Ink. This tube of reactive screen ink is used along with the art screen and reactive foil. It’s perfect for creating foiled designs that you can use as a background for your scrapbook pages and crafts!

K&Company Smash Elastic Bands. To keep my journal pages together, I can use these stylish elastic bands!

It can be easily glued down on a journal or notebook.

One of the bands I got has white and black stripes, and the other is aqua-colored. They’re pretty and they surely add flair to ordinary looking notebook covers!

Paper Fashion Brush Set ($5) I got an artist-grade set of brushes! The pack contains 4 pieces of brushes in sizes #1, #2, #4 and #6 P.

The paper at the back of the pack indicates what type of brushes the pack contains. I got 4 synthetic bristle brushes in round (#1), filbert (#2), and angular shaders (#4 and #6).

I can easily experiment with new textures and techniques using these brushes, and they look durable as well. The bristles look good, and the handles offer a good grip.

Also, synthetic brushes are great for latex paints, as they create more textural effects. The bristles don’t easily clump, and the shiny ferrule holds the bristles and the handle together firmly.

Minc Pages Journal Insert. These journal inserts are great whether you want to make your own journal from scratch, or add to a pre-existing one.

Adding more inserts on your journal means more space for your doodles, ideas, and thoughts!

You can also decide on what to add on the pages because they are all blank.

The package contains four 8”x6” connected journal inserts, with tabs on each.

Minc Gold Journal Cover. Here’s another item for customizing a journal! It’s a vinyl journal cover where I can use the reactive ink, foil design, and art screen.

The cover measures 8” x 6.25”.

The shiny cover is one-piece and folded in half. It also includes a stretchy band that can be used to enclose your notebook/journal.

The band is laced through the eyelets on the spine that also holds the pages in. Now I can add the blank inserts that I got and make a brand new, customized notebook/journal!

The inserts fit perfectly in the cover, and I’m ready to decorate everything!

I also tried to close the elastic band and it holds the journal pretty well.

Vicki Boutin Stencils. The stencil pack from Vicki Boutin contains 3 designs. What I love about stencils is that I can easily add decorations on my journal pages and other craft just by laying it on and adding color using almost any kind of media!

The stencils have pre-punched holes so I can easily store them. They can be kept in a journal or a 3-ring binder.

The designs I got are all adorable! There’s this template with different wordings, one that looks like a beehive, and there’s one that is full of flowers! The stencils measure 8.5″L X 6.0″W X 0.2″H.

Heidi Swapp Art Screen. To make a beautiful foiled design for the journal cover, they sent us this art screen. You can also find the instructions on how yo use the art screen at the back of the packaging.

The design that I got for my art screen is constellations. I like the out-of-this-world design! These connected stars for my brand new journal cover!

When it comes to stationery and crafty items, Busy Bee Stationery is really hard to beat! They always include new, innovative, and great ways to make journaling and crafting fun, easy, and exciting. I like the reactive ink with the art screen and the gold journal cover, because they’re perfect in making a brand new personalized journal. The stencil set helps in decorating not just the journal but other crafts as well, while the elastic bands are useful in securing the pages or inserts inside the new journal. This subscription is really commendable as they gives us fresh journaling and craft ideas!
