How often will I get a Fix+ item instead of a regular Fix?
The exact frequency will vary. You may get a Fix+ 2 or 3 months in a row or you may get a regular Fix for a few months in a row. When you opt in to Fix+, you are giving us the flexibility to upgrade your experience when an enhanced alternative is available.
Is Fix+ something extra added in to my box or a replacement for a normal MightyFix?
Fix+ simply takes the place of a regular Fix. In some months you will receive a normal MightyFix and, in others, you will receive an enhanced Fix+ instead.
Is it always a surprise?
Yes, just like the MightyFix, Fix+ is always a surprise.
How much are the Fix+ items worth?
We guarantee that each Fix+ item will be worth $15-30 (manufacturer suggested retail prices), and many are discounted up to 20%. Fix+ products cost a bit more than regular Fix products, but if you love MightyFix, we think you’ll love your Fix+ discoveries even more.
I have a monthly membership. How much will Fix+ cost?
Joining Fix+ is as easy as turning it on in your Account Profile. There’s no charge to join, and you’ll only be billed for Fix+ in the months that we send a Fix+ item. In a Fix+ month, we will deduct $11 from the total cost of the Fix+ item. For example, if we choose a Fix+ item worth $14 in July, we will subtract $11 from that price, so your only Fix+ charge for July would be $3. Most Fix+ items are priced 20% below the manufacturer’s suggested retail price, and we will never charge you more than the manufacturer’s suggested retail price. And of course it always ships for free.
Will I get repeats of products I’ve already received as Fixes? (For example, I already got Bees Wrap. Can you confirm you won’t send me more Bees Wrap as a Fix+?)
No, you won’t ever get the same product you’ve already received in a MightyFix.
What kinds of items are in Fix+?
Fix+ includes some of our favorite products. Some Fix+ products are totally new to the program, and others are enhanced versions of existing MightyFix products. Although we can’t tell you ahead of time which product you’ll receive, it will always be carefully chosen to help you and your family live a healthier and more sustainable life.
Can I set any preferences for Fix+?
Yes, your preferences may be set in your MightyFix account profile. You may choose to receive only vegan items, and to not receive body and skin care products.
Are Fix+ items returnable or exchangeable?
Fix+ items may not be returned or exchanged. Because Fix+ products have an average value of $21 and ship for free, we can only afford to ship them one way.
