Packed to the top!

I found a card that has a blank spot so I can write in my answer to this month’s power statement. Since I no longer leave my house I have been clearing a lot of space, tidying up makes me feel in control! You can find all of the items sampled each month on the Love With Food website.

For every box sent to subscribers, Love With Food donates 2 meals to families in need. Don’t forget to review your snacks so you can earn points for even more snacks!

Everything in my box! I see a lot of new snacks in this box!

HealthyCell Liquid Gel Multivitamin I’m not sure if this is a snack or a bonus sample but I am happy to have an immune-boosting vitamin to try!

You can swallow the gel like drinking a shot (or eating an oyster) or mix it into a glass of water or blend into a smoothie. I squeezed it out of the pack and into my mouth. It was fruity and not overly sweet and tasted like vitamins. If you’ve ever tried a Flintstone vitamin then it’s kind of similar.

Bare Medley Pineapple & Coconut Chips I’ve tried the coconut chips from this brand before but the addition of pineapple makes it much more fun. The coconut chips aren’t really bare – they have sugar and salt added. Also, a word of caution: this pack is a single serving. At 250 calories per bag, that’s about the same amount of calories as a Snickers candy bar, and there are 10 grams of saturated fat, a half a day’s worth in one bag! For comparison, the candy bar has 4.5 grams of sat fat. I’m not saying we should eat candy instead of this snack, I’m saying consider this snack a less processed version of a candy bar. I ate a couple of bites at a time instead of the whole pack, good thing it’s resealable!

Pipcorn Truffle Mini Popcorn I found this 100 calorie snack sized pack to be filling, it had quite a bit of popcorn inside! I don’t believe I’ve ever tried truffle-flavored anything but I’m going to say that the flavor was very mild. It tasted like gently salted popcorn and was delicious.

The popcorn is smaller than the stuff I usually eat, too cute!

Tomer Kosher BBQ Beef Stick I don’t eat meat sticks but they come in every box.

This brand is made of kosher beef and has sugar, salt, and spices for flavoring.

Zee Zee’s Strawberry Grahamz Whole Grain are pink graham crackers that get their color from beet juice.

Rockin’Ola Cinnamon Flavored Granola makes a handy snack – you can pour it into your mouth or sprinkle it on yogurt.

Pretzel Pete Cheese Pizza Mini Twists was my daughter’s favorite! She loves flavored chips and such and these have a nice cheesy flavor.

Belgian Boys Dutch Caramel StroopWafel is two waffle cookies with a caramel filling. Set it on your cup of tea or coffee and let the warmth melt the caramel before eating!

Enlightened Sweet Sriracha Bada Bean Bada Boom are roasted fava beans with a spicy sweet flavor. They are a good source of protein and fiber, but they are too hard for my teeth and they are sweetened with stevia, to which I have an aversion.

The Good Bean Sea Salt Chick Peas While I discovered I enjoy oven roasted chickpeas, I think this reminds me more of roasted soybeans. I ate a handful and think that is not the best way to do it, maybe eat a couple at a time or have a refreshing beverage nearby. The flavor was nutty and slightly salty.

KIND Simple Crunch Oats & Honey Bar are crispy bars made with oats and honey. Eat as is or sprinkle on yogurt (my answer for all crunchy granola bars!).

Kicao Almond Energy Bar I couldn’t find these anywhere but they are made by Grupo Bimbo (who make Mexican snacks as well as Thomas’ English Muffins, Sara Lee, and Boboli). It’s made of chocolate, raisins, almonds, and vanilla and gets its sweetness from the raisins.

Simple Mills Dark Chocolate Almond Bar I really enjoyed this soft baked bar, the flavor was amazing. It is made with a nut flour blend that includes almonds and coconut, plus chia seeds, chocolate chips, and molasses. It made for a filling breakfast and I liked the texture.

Purely Elizabeth Ancient Grain Granola Bar in Original I thought this granola bar was delicious! Ingredients include oats, amaranth, and chia seeds and the flavor was very nice. I detected a hint of cinnamon.

Good To Go Double Chocolate Soft Baked Bar is a keto snack bar that can be broken into four mini cookies, which made it easy to share with my daughter. It has stevia to sweeten the “chocolatey” chips so I am happy to report that the aftertaste wasn’t there, since the rest of the bar is sweetened with erythritol. I liked it and the chips had a good snap to them while the cookie part was soft.

Here is the Simple Mills Soft Baked Bar!

Champion Raisels Golden Raisin Sours are like a combination of Sour Patch Kids, a Watermelon Jolly Rancher, and golden raisins. It has that tongue tingling sourness and that classic candy flavor, yet it’s all on a raisin. Crazy yummy!

Bobo’s Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Oat Bites I needed an afternoon snack so I reached for this one since it sounded like a cookie and I ate it with a glass of milk. It is made with oats, chocolate chips, and peanuts and it was like eating a dense, chewy oatmeal chocolate chip peanut butter cookie. So good!

Here are the Raisels!

I discovered some new tasty snacks along with some past favorites in my April Love With Food! The mini popcorn was very yummy and those raisins, what a fun treat! I found chewy, crispy, soft, sweet, and salty items in my box, something for every craving. I like that I can try a variety of snacks before committing to a full box of them on an ordering site such as Amazon. I received 17 different items, which comes out to about $1.17 a snack!
