On one side of the information card, Fit Snack provides a workout for the month. This month, it also includes a meal prep guide, recipes and mindfulness tips available through a qr code.

On the other side of the information card, there are details about each of the items.

Kay’s Protein Cookie Bites – Cinnamon almond They almost look like little pillows and they have a nice crunch with a light cinnamon flavor. I didn’t pick up any almond flavor, but they were really good. They have 12g of protein (from soy protein), 4g of fiber, and they are gluten-free.

Kibo Chickpea chips – Mediterranean Herbs. An other high protein snacks, these savory chips have just the right amount of crisps and taste really good. They remind me of corn chips, but lighter.

True California – Red Walnuts. Tasty, fresh, and not bitter read walnuts. I like to chop some and add them to my oatmeal or some cookies (fudge with walnuts is delicious).

Moon Cheese – Cheddar Believe It. Little puffed cheese bites, they have a nice cheddar flavor, but I couldn’t eat the whole package in one sitting, probably because they are not salty at all, but I still enjoy the taste. They are 100% cheese, so they are gluten-free.

Wicked Cutz Beef Stick – Original Pepper.  These beef sticks are always great for on-the-go snacks, and I enjoy them with an apple and a slice of cheese.

Bumbleroot Hydration Drink Mix – Raspberry Hibiscus Mint. We’ve received two samples of the Raspberry Hibiscus Mint hydration mix. Made with coconut water, baobab and read dried fruit, it is sweetened with stevia and monkfruit and only contains 40 calories per drink. It has 942mg of potassium, 45mg of magnesium, 20mg of sodium and 8mg of calcium, on top of manganese.

Mountain Standard – Power on Pancake Mix. This high protein pancake mix is made with whole grain spelt and whole wheat flour, buttermilk, hulled hemp seeds, organic quinoa, organic cane juice, freeze-drier blueberries and whole egg powder. All you have to do is to add one cup of water, stir, and scoop 1/4cup of batter on lightly greased skillet.

Supernola – Signature spiced Goji. These chewy granola clusters gluten, grain, GMO, soy, dairy and refined sugar free. They are made with almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, pecans, coconut, goji berries, chia seeds, hemp seeds and flax seeds. It’s spiced with vanilla, cinnamon, maca, nutmeg, ginger and cloves, and everything is organic.

Caveman – Grain Free Blueberry Almond Granola Bar. This bar is gluten-free and dairy-free and is made with almond, blueberries, walnuts, raisins, pumpkin, chia and sunflower seeds, maple syrup and cinnamon.

This was a nice mix of different high protein snacks. I like that we received a pancake mix, it makes a nice last minute breakfast or snacks. My favorites were the protein cookie bites for the afternoon sugar craving, and the moon cheese with an apple. I like the mix of sweet and savory items and the different flavor we recieved.
