The Vegan Kind is the UK’s most popular subscription boxes for vegans. The Beauty Box delivers a mix of vegan skincare, cosmetics and beauty products quarterly.

The February and March Edition of my TVK Beauty Box arrived in a sturdy little box styled out in pretty pastel colours. A little bit of crinkle cut shredded paper keeps the contents safe.

The box features 5 products.

Details of each product are given in the What’s Inside Your Box sheet.

This quarter’s box includes a beauty tip from Lucey Hopkins, a vegan blogger and instagrammer.  Her top tip is to regularly clean beauty brushes and sponges with baby shampoo or unscented soap and warm water, allowing to air dry.  The VeganKind continues to support Animal Free Research UK which supports the development of techniques and procedures to replace the use of animals in biomedical research – £100 from this edition was donated to the good cause.

Floral Street Mini Discovery Set – Light (RRP £9.00) includes five little bottles of bright floral fragrances.  The Light selection includes London Poppy, Wonderland Peony, Electric Rhubarb, Neon Rose, Wild Vanilla Orchid.

All the scents are gorgeous and perfectly sized for travel.  This set is ideal if, like me, you change your perfume daily based on your mood.

Avant Skincare Hydra-Bright Collagen Eye Restoring Pads Single Pack (RRP £12) are formulated to minimise the appearance of fine lines, dark circles, and puffiness when used weekly.  They contain collagen derived from soybeans, and other ingredients including aloe vera, hyaluronic lavender oil, glycerin, vitamin c and allantoin.

I gave these to my mom to try and she hasn’t reported back yet.  These are on the pricier side for hydrogel pads, so I would hope they yield results.

Sunkissed Cosmetics Crystal Eyes Eyeshadow Palette (RRP £5.99) has 18 matte and shimmer shades inspired by the iridescence of crystals.  I love this palette!  The colours are vibrant and blend easily to create an unlimited number of looks.

The only downside – I wish the palette came with a brush for better portability.  I can’t really complain though, this is a total steal for the quality of the eyeshadow.

Sunkissed Cosmetics Baked to Perfection Duo (RRP £4.50) is a blush and highlight duo.  This ideal for blending to create a bronzing effect.

Sunday Rain Rose Gold Bath Bomb (£4.50) is a pretty, shimmery, fizzy bath bomb that embraces the rose gold trend of recent years.  This is a lovely, stylish way to pamper yourself.

TheVeganKind Beauty Box included a nice range of products, although the overall box value was on the lower side.  My favourite products were the Sunkissed Cosmetics eyeshadow palette – I’ve been using this everyday – as well as the Floral Street perfume set.  This is a great subscription box for ethically-minded beauty fanatics.
