Gacha Gacha Crate is a new box from Japan Crate that follows the gachapon craze in Japan. Each box contains six hand-selected gachapon capsules that may contain useful accessories, your favorite characters, and a whole lot more.  Boxes start at $28, and shipping is free.

DEAL: Use coupon code HELLO to get $3 off your first box.

The interior of the box has cute doodles and the presentation is really kawaii.

It’s like a nest containing six gachapon capsules sitting comfortably in orange fillers.

Every box includes a monthly Gacha Gacha magazine!

There is a promotional card for Sugoi Mart.

This month’s featured article is about Pokemon!

The magazine also lists all the gachapons you’ll get this month, along with some tidbits about each of them.

Everything in my February 2020 box!

The gachapon capsules came in a variety of colors. Its concept is similar to surprise eggs and blind bags.

Gremlins. Subscribers will get 1 out of 5 of the available characters from the 80s American comedy-horror film, Gremlins!

The one we got looks like an older Gremlin, unlike the young ones who look so cute (like Gizmo), and also, different from the ones who were fed after midnight and became monsters/evil ones (like Stripe).

It comes with a ball chain so you can easily hang it on your backpack.

Gabu Shark. You can play a game with your friends or family using this Gabu Shark, and see who gets “bitten” first!

Each of the players will get a chance to press the shark’s teeth, and whoever gets bitten first, loses.

It’s such a cute and entertaining toy. The game works similarly with most popular party games nowadays, like Pie Face and Bad Dog.

Mochi Miso Cat. Subscribers will get 1 out of 6 styles/colors of this squishy miso kitty!

We got a cute pink mochi cat, placed inside a red bowl. We can’t help but squish this kitty, it’s so soft!

Pokemon Figure. This puni puni style gachapon contains a Pokemon from Sword and Shield. Subscribers will get 1 out of 6 characters.

We got Grookey! It is a chimp-like, grass-type Pokemon, and it’s #810 from Generation VIII.

Grookey is one of three starter Pokémon of Galar, which is available at the beginning of Pokemon Sword and Shield.

Wind Up Penguin. One of the gachapons contains a penguin, and it comes in different colors. Also, it winds up! We got a dark blue one!

You can wind up the penguin by turning the knob on its side.

The penguin looks adorable! It turns several times and it’s really fun, it’s like I’m actually watching a penguin play on ice!

Sumikko Gurashi Light Up. Subscribers will get 1 out of 7 light-up figures featuring the Sumikko Gurashi gang.

We got Tonkatsu, a character inspired by pork cutlet!

The upper part of Tonkatsu lights up. It’s great for displaying on a work desk or nightstand!

What’s cuter than a flashing light Tonkatsu in different colors? It’s like a Christmas light and I love it!

If you love blind packages or mystery eggs, getting these Japanese versions is a must! You will always find kawaii and unique items inside these round and colorful capsules. This month, we like the Sumikko Gurashi light-up figure and the mochi cat! The Gen VIII Pokemon Sword and Shield character is amazing as well! Gachapons are really fun to get, we can’t wait for the next box already!
