What is the help number for this company? I’m frustrated they charged me last month and never got my plants and now they try to charge me again and I’m so upset because nobody has answered me. Anybody help me please!!
Very disappointed! I was given a six month subscription as a gift for Christmas. The fist box came without any care instructions. The box doesn’t even advertise the business. The eucalyptus was dried up and didn’t have a smell. I website states you can skip a month, but it appears the gift giver would have to make this request since it requires a log in and order number. Again, the box didn’t include any instructions, so I do not have my order number. I sent an email regarding my issues. I have not heard back from the company. I will be contacting the gift giver to have her cancel the subscription. It is too expensive to receive dead eucalyptus. Save your money and purchase at Trader Joes. It is less expensive for more stems, and it is nice and fresh.
First shipment: box was busted and plant was dry and brittle. emailed eucalyptus farms and they sent me out a replacement that was not much better. they’ve drafted my account for this month. i’ll wait on this delivery before i cancel.
I loved my first shipment, was meh about my second, and by the third the quality had just gone out the door. The last shipment I received was dried out in some parts and mushy rotten in others. Gross. Went straight to the garbage. Get your one box for $5 off then cancel immediately. The company obviously doesn’t care about customer retention.
You sent a dead dried out bundle of eucalyptus. Not happy I even subscribed … I would love fresh eucalyptus if not I’m cancelling the order. Please do not send me dead bundles of eucalyptus
So disappointed!! Our eucalyptus arrived. We followed the instructions to water them down and they NEVER smelled good! In fact, they were so crispy dead/dry that they fell apart while running them under warm water.
We were hoping for FRESH eucalyptus not dead, dried out ones!
We threw them out after having them for 3 days in our home because they didn’t smell at all.
I cancelled our subscription, but we would like a refund for this first shipment as it wasn’t anything like what we were hoping for. I would never recommend this service to anyone if this is your normal quality!
