Star Trek: Mission Crate was a bi-monthly (every 2 months) subscription box from  Loot Crate full of goodies from the Star Trek franchise. The box is $39.99 + $5 shipping and costs $49.99 (includes shipping and handling + VAT) per international purchase. The box provides official and exclusive Star Trek collectibles, apparel and more, and you could also select which Starfleet Division you’re in when you sign up – Command, Ops/Engineering, Sciences, or Medical!

This box shipped late due to multiple delays. The crate will be discontinued but they promised to deliver the outstanding crates from 2018 within the first half of 2019. It’s now 2020.. Here’s the subscription and shipping update about this crate.

The box interior also has a Star Trek-inspired drawing.

There’s no extra packaging materials in the box.

There’s a card with a QR code that we can use to learn more about this crate. The September 2019 Mission Crate is themed RED ALERT.

Everything in my box!

Star Trek Online Rise of Discovery.

We’re happy to announce that the next major update to Star Trek Online, Rise of Discovery, is coming to PC on May 14th, and to Xbox One and Playstation 4 this summer. This brand new update will be lead by two alumni of Star Trek: Discovery: Rehka Sharma, and Jason Isaacs, as Commander Ellen Landry and Captain Gabriel Lorca. This new adventure will feature two new episodes that show Captains the fate of the U.S.S. Buran, and the past of these two fascinating characters, before Captain Lorca took command of the U.S.S. Discovery.

But that’s not all. As part of this major update, we’ll be releasing the brand new Discovery Legends Reputation. Players will be able to earn new Discovery marks from the returning TFOs “Operation: Riposte,” “Peril over Pahvo,” and “Pahvo Dissension,” which they can apply towards two new space sets, a new ground set, new kit modules, new traits, and a new costume. And for the first time, all of our T6 Starships will become scaling ships, meaning that you can fly the most powerful ships in the game at any level, and they will become more powerful as you do.

We’ll have more information about this update in the coming weeks. We can’t wait for you all to experience the Rise of Discovery.

The redemption instructions are located at the back of the card. Install the Arc and log into your account and launch the game! Alas, it’s only for Windows.

Klingon Logo Cap. The Klingons were a humanoid warrior species that came from the M-class planet Qo’noS. They are proud, tradition-bound people who valued honor and combat. They also have an interstellar military power to be respected and feared. To help us channel our inner warrior, they included this Klingon cap which comes with the species’ insignia.

They included the Star Trek logo at the back of the cool cap!

Star Trek Red Alert T-Shirt. The danger is approaching, that’s why we’re on Red Alert! I’m so hyped up with this rad black shirt that signals the highest alert status on Starfleet Vessels!

I like the nice red print of the signal, which looks perfect on the black shirt base. The fit is amazing and the material used in the shirt makes it really comfy.

Assortment of Enemy Ship. For the enemy ship replicas, you can get one out of five combat vessels: Jem’Hadar, the Borg, Klingons, the Romulans, and Andorians. I got the Romulan Scout Ship replica!

The figure comes in 3 easy-to-assemble pieces.

There is a label of the ship at the bottom of the base.

The Romulan scout ship was a small scout ship used by the Romulan Star Empire during the latter half of the 24th century. This class of vessel rarely ventured out as far as the Romulan Neutral Zone.

The ship has the familiar “bird-of-prey” appearance, a green hull, a pointed-nose section, and a pair of wing sections that were decorated with scribed detailing which evoked feathers. The ship also comes with a few small insert areas on the surface of the hull like what’s on the wing sections, a grille on the front of those sections, and it also has deflector shields.

Borg Travel Tumbler. The Borg were a pseudo-species of cyborgs from Delta Quadrant. They are represented in this box by this cool travel tumbler!

It features the Borg logo with a cube circuitry background, and they also included Star Trek’s logo at the bottom of the imagery.

The tumbler comes with a screw lid that comes with a slid-open sipping hole. It’s lightweight and it’s the perfect companion to contain your thirst quencher especially when you go on a trip!

This box arrived super late, but had nice Star Trek items like the Red Alert shirt and Klingon cap (my favorite tumbler). I also love the tumbler as it’s easy to use and convenient to bring. The ship replica is amazing as well. There are a few more boxes left and I hope they contain awesome items as well to make them worth all the wait and the delays!
