This month’s items weren’t packed in the usual red box as the main item was quite big! I was quite excited to get my box until I realized that something leaked during transit, seeping in the cardboard box. Lucky for me, the black bag was wrapped in plastic so nothing was ruined.

This is the first box in a series with Koko, a personal trainer with a passion for the outdoors and bootcamps. This month’s box is themed around healthy mind and body in time for Christmas.

The information card only includes information about the main two items in this box: Hypr Gym bag (which is worth twice the cost of the box!) and Sinfit Spread.

Every month they included a workout guide, a full body slam!

Koko’s mission is to help women create positive changes to their body through physical strength and mental strength.

This month’s workouts can be done anywhere (at the beach, at the park or in your garden) with minimal equipment. The idea is to push yourself as hard as you can, while having fun with it.

For those who would try to follow her workouts but are not quite sure about the techniques, you can follow her #workoutwithkoko to have a step-by-step of each exercise.

So here’s how the workouts look like. The guide gives us four workouts so you won’t get bored!

HYPR Gym Bag. The main item is this gym bag. It’s big enough to hold a lot of stuff but still small. It’s easy to carry around with a choice of handles or a padded strap. It’s about 18″ long by 8″ wide at the bottom. The bag is narrower at the top.

The outside material is waterproof and easy to clean. The bag features two snap buttons on both sides of the zipper. My guess would be to hold something like a water bottle with a wrist wrap.

There’s also a big shoe pocket about 12″ deep. This pocket is completely closed, so stinky shoes will need to be taken out at the end of the day. This pocket could also be used as the “wet” pocket for your towel or stinky gym clothes.

The side pocket runs along the front and the zipper is protected.

There’s a single small inside pocket, so the bag stays roomy enough for everything you need. This bag is the perfect size for my dance class and won’t take a lot of room in the studio.

Sinister Labs Angry Mills Non-Caffeinated Protein Infused Peanut Spread. Disclaimer, I did not tape the jar myself, it was like that when I opened the box. This is also the item that leaked in transit and covered everything else in a thin layer of peanut oil. It could have been a problem, as my husband is allergic to peanuts and he’s the one who picked up the box, but nothing leaked through the outside box.

This spread contains 12g of proteins for 190 calories and it’s made with peanuts, whey protein, rice protein, and honey.

Flap Jacked Soft Baked Cookie Bar – Chocolate Chip and Chocolate Peanut Butter. Each bar contains 10g of protein for 180-215 calories. They are soft and chewy and not too sweet.

Ultima Replenisher Three samples of Ultima Replenisher were included in the box.

We received the Cherry Pomegranate, Raspberry, and Lemonade flavored. All flavors are gluten-free, keto, paleo and plant-based. They are sweetened with stevia and contains all 6 electrolytes your body needs ( magnesium, potassium, sodium, chloride, calcium, and phosphorus. I usually like easy to carry electrolytes you can add to your water, but I didn’t care for the stevia aftertaste.

I’m always excited when a fitness subscription box decides to include a gym bag in their box as it’s usually an expensive item, so I was quite happy to see Miss Muscle Box weren’t afraid to include a nice one this month. In spite of it leaking in the box, the peanut protein spread is a nice way to add protein to a meal in an easy way. The cookie bar and the Ultima replenisher wrapped up this box in a nice way. As always, I’m a big fan of workouts included in a box and this month’s one can easily be added to existing personal workouts to mix it up a bit.
