    I’m off to a rocky start with my Gerber Organics subscription box. My first box was missing two items. I called customer service and was told replacements would be mailed to me. A couple of days later I got a voicemail saying instead of replacements they would send me coupons equaling a greater value than my missing items. I called customer service again and explained I wouldnt use coupons because I have my groceries delivered and I shouldnt have to spend money using a coupon to get a discount on products I already bought. The agent put me on hold then came back and said she couldnt send replacements because the flavor (apple peach) is discontinued. I asked to substitute another flavor. After another hold she said she cant do that because they only have cases and she cant open a case to take out individual items. (Makes no sense because the box contains 2 or 3 of each item) . She said she will forward my complaint further up.
