This is a review of the November curated box – Winter Hydration!

The items were wrapped in tissue paper.

The card has a short message from the Birchbox Team.

At the back, there are brief details on each item as well as the price if you were to buy the full size.

You can visit Birchbox.com/MyBox to easily see the details of your box, which I recommend because sometimes they have videos on the item product pages which I find useful.

There’s another promotional card from Birchbox!

At the back, there’s a $25 off coupon code for subscribers, valid for $100+ purchases on their website, including gift subscriptions. Offer ends on 1/15/2020.

I’m so excited to check all these items out!

Everything in my December 2019 box!

Tocca Maya Eau De Parfum ($76 Full Size 50 ml) This perfume has a lovely floral scent that I can’t get enough of. It’s subtle but it stays for a long time. I sprayed it once in the morning and once in the afternoon, and at night, there was still a faint smell that lingers on my skin!

The purple card it came with is very striking, it immediately caught my attention. When you open the card, it has a short description of the perfume in 3 different languages, as well as a picture of the full-size bottle on the other side. I love how they have “Love Yourself” as an ending message.

MAC Cosmetics Frost Lipstick-Delish ($18.50) MAC Lipsticks are, no doubt, cult favorites. Known for their iconic bullet shaped packaging, this one is a really great addition to this box. This peachy coral-y slightly warm copper toned beauty has a nice golden frosty finish. Perfect for everyday use! I also tried using this in combination to top my other lippies and they still look great!

Oribe Matte Waves Texture Lotion ($6.30) This waving lotion is so good! It works wonders with my hair to get that natural-looking beach vibe. Not only that, the lotion smells wonderful. I love how it adds texture and a bit of volume to my otherwise dull and boring hair.

Whal Myung WM5 Anti-Oxidant Rejuvenating Serum ($8) I love that this serum doesn’t leave my skin feeling sticky. At first, I was hesitant because it has a very wet consistency that turned really tacky. But as my skin absorbed the serum, the tackiness went away. The formula is very lightweight and I really like how hydrating it feels on my skin!

Beauty Protector Protect & Oil ($25 if purchased as a set) Infused with argan oil, this leaves my hair really glossy upon application. It also protects my hair from heat damage and tames the stubborn fly-away hairs!

Smith & Cult Nailed Lacquer – Shattered Souls ($18) Just in time for the holidays, this clear polish with tons of golden specks give a really festive vibe! It has just the right amount of glitz and glamour, you can also build up the glitters by layer depending on your preference.

At the bottom of the bottle, you will see that shade name. This one is called Shattered Souls.

The bottle looks elegant with a see-through body and a golden cap connected to the applicator.

This month’s curated box did not disappoint! It has a great selection of items from make-up to skincare and it even has a bottle of nail polish. With the items total amounting to more or less $58, I’m really happy with everything I got! The MAC Lipstick alone costs more than what I paid for the box and that shade is a limited edition! Now I can’t wait to see what they have up in their sleeve for next month’s box.
