Everything in my December 2019 box!
I found a card with the name of my coffee listed.
The back had a very simple description of the coffee and its main flavor notes.
Blue Bottle Coffee Playlist Blend According to Blue Bottle this blend is made with beans from Guatemala and Ethiopia. The date that my coffee was roasted is on the label and I received it within days of roasting.
The bag is sealed for freshness and has a pull tab and a zipper seal.
I love the smell of freshly roasted coffee beans! I handed this over to my daughter to try, and she hand ground the beans before brewing. She said it was similar to what you might find at the grocery store, and she prefers a bolder blend but this was a good cup to get you going in the morning. One thing I want to point out is that there are about 3 flavors that get sent consistently – this is the third batch of Playlist we received this calendar year – so it would be nice to see Blue Bottle branch out a bit and offer a few more blends.
