Bioactive Rose Gommage ($62) Hyaluronic acid, which is known to be hydrating, is one of the main ingredients of this exfoliator. The packaging is quite simple and straight to the point. I really like that it came with it’s own brush applicator. This way, I have a dedicated brush for using this product and there’d be less mess!
At the back of the box, you will see the list of ingredients in the product. I love that this is vegan, GMO-free, and cruelty-free! Plus, this product is good to use for 6 months after opening.
I used it as a mask. Upon application, it felt really hydrating on the skin. I could feel a bit of tightening later on, but when I rinsed it, my skin felt super soft and plump. I love that I didn’t get that stripped-of-moisture tight feeling.
Car Vital Glow Wild Carrot Serum Concentrate ($58) Since it promises to give me a glowing complexion, I was so excited to try this serum out! It didn’t disappoint because it made my skin look and feel fresh. It’s also light and gentle on my skin, so I didn’t encounter any problems.
The back of the box lists down the ingredients. It also states that the product is good for 6 months after opening. The best thing is that this is natural, vegan, GMO-free, and cruelty-free!
The serum has a green tint and a pleasant smell. I got 2 drops on my hand and massaged it to my face. It made my skin look more radiant than ever! It also gave me that dewy glow which I really like.
The Detox Box wowed me with this month’s featured products. I love both items I got, as they’re both perfect for my skin type. They are also gentle and non-drying, perfect to use even during wintertime. This subscription is a great way of getting to know more healthy beauty brands without having to break the bank. If you know someone who is into green beauty as well, this even makes a nice gift. I’m pretty excited to learn about more promising brands in the coming months, and also see new products from some favorite brands!
